We stayed in a Woodland room with a balcony. Room was very dated, bathtub drained very slowly, we stood in quite a bit of water by the time our shower was done. Soundproofing between rooms was the worst I ever experienced. We could very clearly hear conversations in the next room as of the wall consisted of a piece of plywood with no insulation. This isn’t an exaggeration. The room was clean bit very old. Furniture scratched up, walls dinged etc. There was a fridge in the room which was nice. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains and some elk grazing nearby. The person that checked us in was wonderful and inviting. Nice smile, very pleasant and inviting. The person who checked us out was the exact opposite. Just wanted to get us on our way. Didn’t ask how our stay was, didn’t invite us to come back soon. Before we were quickly rushed off we mentioned the slow draining tub and she told us she’d pass it along but we have very little confidence this will be done. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed in by far, but for the money paid it surely wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately that’s the issue with staying in Jasper. Most of the hotels are old and you’re paying for the view. If I had stayed in the Alpine rooms (the new building) perhaps I would’ve had a better experience.

Based on room sizes for families, lack in cleanliness, minimal food options, lack of staff, and accessibility to the town, probably won't stay here again. Especially when we thought we'd be staying at a newly/renovated hotel.

Wanted to enjoy a few days off between work and flight home. I’ve stayed here when it was originally the Sawridge Inn and was immediately impressed with the breakfast continental buffet and during COVID that was not really a thing anymore, however they did bring it back and the food looked okay but I never did check it out this time around but I did get to enjoy the indoor pool and eucalyptus end used steam room. The spa was short staffed and was not able to spicier massage services, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Great view from the room and got to see some Elks from the balcony.

I booked as stay at this hotel because the price was good and it was advertised as the newest Hotel in Jasper. The main building where we stayed is not new. It had minor decor updates, but bathrooms were not updated and pool was not updated.

Visit Jasper and skytrame hike to Whistler mountain peak. Fresh Park hotel was very nice and cozy. Very pack because it was spring break. Everyone had a great time. Plan to go again I the sum.er to see the lakes without the ice.

Love the minimal waste practices. Loved that they don't bother with mini shampoo, conditioner bottles, soaps, etc that gets wasted or thrown after one use. My cousin and I loved how much room there was in the 2-bed alpine room. The kitchenette was the selling point as my diet is quite particular and this was the healthiest option. Very clean bathroom too!

Nice hotel. Staff provide exceptional customer service. Kitchenette room great for reducing costs. Rooms on the bottom floor facing the parking lot perfect for afternoon sun on the deck and easy packing in and out. Pool overcrowded and unenjoyable in the evenings.

Even going with the el-cheapo double room the beds, pillows, and comfort allowed a great sleep. Careful expecting the pool to be available, it fills FAST. Place is a little aged, grout in bathrooms is overdue to be replaced etc but surprisingly quiet and sleep was great.
