Currently in the Cavell Suite, it's so perfect. The finishings are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, there is everything here you could ever need to have a lovely home away from home. We have eaten all meals at the INN Grill - great breakfast, and dinner options, great service and delicious food! Would recommend this beautiful suite to anyone...

We where upgraded to the Cavel Suite and it was beautiful! The Suite was big with a full and modern kitchen, island with seating, a large table with a cute Christmas tree on it, large living room area with a big screen t.v.. The bathroom had its own temperature so you could turn it up after a day tromping in...

We just came home from 4 days of skiing and R&R. We stayed at this hotel and it was a very economic and nice place to stay. The room we had was a loft suite with an upper and lower floor. It had a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave. We ate in the hotel restaurant the first night and...

Not allowing ski equipment in the rooms was dissatisfying. I also had payments taken out too many times and still waiting for my refund. Being screwed over with payments is always the worst especially around Christmas time. Did not expect this from such a big chain like the best western. Besides the fact, the staff was pleasant to deal with...

Dear Natasha K Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Our apologies for your disappointment in regards to our policy of no skis in the rooms. We do offer ski lockers for each guest room. In reviewing your account, there was only one prepayment taken prior to your arrival as a booking.com reservation. Upon check in, we...

Only had the chance to spend one night here, but would welcome the chance to stay at this hotel again. All the staff were really great from the front desk to the restaurant. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my dinner and breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. My dinning experiences exceeded my expectations.

Just had our staff Christmas Party at this location The food was amazing the service was fantastic and was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We stayed in a loft room that was very cozy and clean have to say it was the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and...

I stayed here in September and could not fault it. I had a loft room, which meant that the downstairs was a large open plan lounge with fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom, and the bedroom, with a very comfortable bed, was upstairs. I had masses of space and the accommodation had everything I could possibly have needed. The only...

This is our second stay here. Again, we chose a room with a loft bed. Very romantic. Fire place and kitchenette is nice. Price is reasonable. Only complaint is the filth under the bed and around the furniture.

We love the spacious loft rooms - they have a good kitchenette and real wood-burning fireplace - how's that for ambience? It's not new or upscale, but cozy, comfortable and clean. The pool at this hotel is the nicest Best Western we have ever seen! They have an excellent restaurant on the property as well. It's walking distance to the...

We got a really good rate for a quick getaway down to Jasper and stayed for two nights. The restaurant and pool were closed during our stay which we were notified of at the time of the booking; not a huge deal for us. Everyone we dealt with, from the booking agent to the front desk staff were great -...
