I was pleasantly surprised on my stay I have always thought it would be noisy being across from train station. I was so wrong. Had a great sleep and all the staff were really amazing. I had a room with a beautiful view . The manager Vanessa, was really helpful and the bar staff took good care of me I will be back soon Cheers Ryan.

Hotel's Favorite
Whistler’s Inn could not be more perfectly located in Jasper. If you want to be in the city, this is the ideal spot as it is smack in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants. The location on Miette is right by the main avenues of Connaught and Patricia. The hotel is older and not modern but clean, tidy, cosy, and well appointed. We had a suite with a pullout bed and I was quite pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed - and it came premade with clean linens so I didn’t even have to handle that part in the evening. We quickly got extra blankets and towels when we needed them, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Suites also come with dedicated parking. Notably, unlike most hotels in Jasper, Whistler’s has AC - which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for two nights Nov 2022. We had three rooms and each room was the same. It's a quaint hotel with a European ski chalet vibe, a bit dated but still very pleasant. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tubs in the evening. Two large hot tubs on the roof top with mountains views. We ate in the pub a few times and the food was fine and the staff are very friendly. Very affordable place to stay, right in the heart of Jasper. Lots of restaurants, near by. Just around the corner is a grocery store, pharmacy, clothing stores and restaurants. We didn't ski but there was spot to get lift passes just around the corner as well. You can't beat the scenery in Jasper or the people that live there :)

We stayed here a night in off season and it was great, except no balconies. The 2 hot tubs on the top floor overlooking the mountains are awesome. Even a heated outdoor floor. The location is great being able to easily walk to pubs, Earl's, Tim Hortons and the must see Legion for a drink. Being an older hotel, it is quite loud at night, but still glad we stayed here

Lovely hotel.centrally located and easy to walk around. Our room overlooked rail lines but not really noisy. Room very spacious for the 3 of us.. bathroom had everything we needed. Was a warm room but Air con helped. Tea and coffee facilities, plus hairdryer/fridge. The pub attached did amazing food and good prices. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Check in was fuss free. Was stated on booking check in at 3pm but I was told it was 4pm instead. Thankfully the kind reception managed to let us check in at 3pm. We were glad there was elevator in the hotel but there was a step on the first floor to access to our room. Room had strong wifi, fridge and individual AC. But it was cramped due to the layout . There were 2 double beds in the room. Due to the lack of space, most of the time we had to be sitting and lying on our beds. We had 3 people but towels and toiletries seemed to be provided only for 2 pax. Location was superb. Right smack in the middle of town and just opposite the Via train station. The hot tubs at the rooftop was a nice facility too.

Even though there was no power when we arrived we decided to stay & just enjoy our time in Jasper, and we're so glad we did! The staff were amazing, & we can't thank them enough for their help & friendliness during what was a very difficult time for them due to the wild fire situation. We were warm, comfortable & safe during our stay & the locality of the hotel meant we were able to explore the town on foot. Thank you for making our time in Jasper a very memorable one & one we'll remember for a long time

You cannot beat the Whistlers Inn for its location in Jasper. You are right in the middle of everything. Really pleased that when we checked in we managed to get a parking spot and didn't have to park off site even though I think they reimburse you any costs for parking. We stayed for 3 nights in a room overlooking Connaught Drive and we had no issues with road noise. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a little dated but had everything you needed with a really good shower. House keeping was done every day which was much better than some of the higher rated hotels we stayed in that are still only cleaning rooms on the 3rd day. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. There is a really good bar just off the reception area.

This is an above average hotel in the beautiful town of Jasper. Everything we needed was provided and it's smack bang in the centre of town so everything is close by. The only reason I didn't give this a five star is because I've stayed in some really really nice hotels, in comparison the room we had here needed some modernising. Some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were crackers, there were splits in the bathroom door, and a cigarette burn on a piece of the furniture. Decent enough but the highlight really is the location and the things around town rather than the hotel, that's just somewhere to rest our aching feet.

I was booked to stay at the Whistler and when I arrived there was no electricity due to a nearby wildfire. I could not move on as I was waiting for my ride the next morning The staff still managed to make my stay an exceptional experience. I want to commend them. Thank you. You made Jasper truly memorable.
