A clean, comfortable hotel located a short walk from the centre of Jasper. Good restaurant on site and the staff are helpful and polite. Free on site parking a bonus. Great sightseeing around the local area and good chance of seeing animals

We stayed here for 3 nights, price was reasonable, staff were helpful, rooms and building were clean. Pool and hottub were clear and good temperature. We had a couple noisy nights due to the staff housing unit at the back of the building were our rooms was, ask for a room near the front.

Chateau Jasper is a lovely hotel. Not too pricey and very clean! Hot tub and pool very clean as well. The staff were incredibly helpful and very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment I would have is that we had a room facing the back of the property where the building that houses all the "help" stay ....

I stayed here for a yoga retreat. All my meals were included. The food was nutritious and delicious. The accomodations were very nice, ample room with a fridge to put my leftovers in. Nice and quiet considering the hotel was full(yoginis are quiet folk).Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

This is one of a group of hotels that are scattered around Jasper which means there can be some interchange between the facilities they offer. It is on the outskirts of the main town but the shops are walkable; no particular views from the windows. Makes a good base for the attractions in the area. Rooms are of a good...

We booked this hotel through our travel agent and had no clue what to expect. When we showed up, I guess our travel agent informed the hotel that it's our honeymoon. The manager Jennifer went above and beyond to make our stay special by placing us in the royal suite. This was a great treat and made our stay even...

Dear David A Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we did run into an issue with 1 of our 2 elevators and being in a remote location parts do take a little longer order, I apologize that this inconvenienced your stay and I am glad that our housekeeping department was able to assist you with the luggage. We do try...

This hotel is tucked away behind the Jasper Town Stops but is walkable still. It is retro 70's but has all the basic needs for shelter and comfort. Bathroom counters are too low as if for a wheelchair. Pool are is big but hot tub small so get cozy with that stranger. I forgot my jacket when i checked out...

Drove from Lake Louise to Jasper to catch the Rocky Mountaineer train. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Good food. Clean rooms. A good bar and helpful staff. The hotel also provided a complementary shuttle to the train station and suggested an extra half hour in bed -- excellent.

This hotel had a very 3 star feel to it and was a bit tired. Room was adequate and comfortable enough - no view to speak of. We ate in the restaurant one night - food ok - service lovely. The wifi here was excellent - the best we came across in Canada. The hotel is fine - I just...
