We travelled with 4 other couples, all booked at the same time and all paid the same price. 2 of the couples had large rooms with kitchens. The other 2 couples had normal rooms. We got the worst room of our group. It was a wheel chair accessible room off the pool room. There were two very heavy doors to... More

We had the pleasure of staying here after a night in Banff at the Banff park lodge. i was concerned that perhaps we had gone too cheap and that it would be a let down after what is supposed to be a high quality hotel in Banff. I needn't have worried we where both more than happy with the room... More

We arrived at motel and were greeted with humour and politeness. We went to our rooms and initially thought it was strange, but once inside we realised it had all the comforts we needed. An easy walk into the town centre we visited the main attractions and ate well, Returned to the Lodge to find a smiling reception again, Next... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on our drive through the Rockies tour. The motel was very clean but also very dated. It was within walking distance of the town and we enjoyed the walk back each night after dinner. The air conditioning unit was very good but also very noisy - no chance of having it on during the... We stayed in Maligne Lodge for one night only in August. It is an average hotel which needs refurbishing badly. The shower/bathroom was old. The bedroom needed the carpets replaced and a fresh coat of pain. The room smelled a little musty and the air conditioner unit was rather noisy. What we liked about it was that it would within... We stayed one night on our way to Edmonton. We booked a suite with a kitchenette. It was a great suite. It is dated but very clean. Comfy beds. If you're looking for a simple suite that has everything you need, this is the place.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Well situated with an easy walk in to town. The rooms are comfortable enough, in good decorative order but a little dated. Front desk staff are friendly and have a sense of humour. Hot tub available for guests and a laundry room.

We were really pleased with our stay here. The suites were well equipped, and gave us the space that we needed (two separate sleeping areas, kitchenette, bathroom). One of the more exceptional motels on our tour of Canada. It is located on the edge of the tower on the Skytram side. With a car, we did not have a problem... More

Stayed 2 nights. Comfortable and pleasant stay. Good for town but just out of main drag so quieter but near enough to walk to all areas, shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast at restaurant attached was fine. Would stay here again.

First impressions are of a very basic type motel but pleasantly surprised as the room was comfortable with 2 Queen beds, luxury bedding and towels.Only drawback was a large and very noisy air conditioner machine.Good breakfast (extra) in onsite coffee shop. Appreciated guest laundry.
