Just returned from another spectacular visit at Jasper Park Lodge. Stayed in cabin 100. Excellent room, beautiful view, so peaceful. Always enjoy our visits to Jasper, Ab and the surrounding area. Can’t wait to go back again next year. Because of the fire smoke the mountains weren’t as visible until our last day.

We just got back from Fairmont Jasper Park Lounge and absolutely loved our stay. After a stressful covid season it was great to getaway into the mountains and have a restful, stress-free weekend. I wanted to call out that Rav went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel special and to accomodate a very memorable stay. Her professionalism, hospitality was absolutely amazing and obviously the hotel is stunning. This experience went above and beyond my expecations and I cannot wait to revisit this beautiful Albertan property. I highly encourage all of you to come visit! I have now stayed at all the Fairmont hotels in Alberta but yours was truly outstanding. Thanks Rav!

The location is phenomenal, definitely worth the money to book a lakeview suite. Room was slightly dated which is ok, considering it is a fairly historic hotel. However, rooms were pristine upon check in, and even the carpets smelled fresh. Resort has awesome amenities, so much so that it was hard getting the kids to leave to actually go sightseeing. There is biking, boating, horsebackriding, pool and a small playground. There is also abundant ground squirrels which were very charming runnjng around the property but would probably be a nightmare for the maintenance staff. Housekeeping services can be hit and miss, but the room service menu is delicious and good value compared to the other fairmonts in the rockies. Overall, favorite fairmont property!

The resort is vast and beautiful. There is no shortage of activities. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave and our upper level room was hot and uncomfortable. We were not to impressed with the room. It was old. Yes it has some charm but not to the standards of other Fairmont properties we stayed in. The bedding sheets seemed old and worn. They were not soft and cozy. The fridge was hastily placed in a closet. It was hard to open and did not seal. The deck was a bit dirty. Over all the room was fairly big but seemed like parts were taken out/missing leaving and empty feeling. These are all small things but something that shouldn't be expected for a high priced resort. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food services were very good. We enjoyed our selves for the most part. We needed some time away to recharge but there was no value for the price paid.
