Had the pleasure of staying here on a work trip to Jasper, this older hotel is a gem! Some of the friendliest staff I have come across in my many hotel stays throughout the year. Basically if you aren't a high maintenance princess you will enjoy this hotel and all it has to offer. Rooms are clean it has a... More

Bad! Take your money somewhere else. 1) free parking here means street parking and it doesn't have its own lot! 2) shower pressure is very low. It gets extreme hot and cold . 3) tube TV 4) coffee maker: 1990s?!? 5) sheets are clean but the comforter is not 6) noisy bar downstairs 7) no centralized air conditioning just some... More

Disappointment as I drove past the hotel. Despair when I went to check in. The receptionist was more interested in the computer than the 10 guests who were trying to check in. Once we carried our suitcases up the stairs, the rooms were only secured by a flimsy key lock. On opening the door, and taking our 2 cases in,... More

Looks nice on the website but not a good hotel at all, it was raining when we arrived, and there is no parking outside due to it being on the main road, we asked if we could book in although we were a bit early? The lady n the desk said no, so we had to sit in the car... More

The hotel was like a bed and breakfast. The sheets were very nice and the bed frame was made with wood. The location was nice because it was near downtown Jasper. The room was very small and there was little space.

Extremely overpriced even for Jasper. Rooms are dated back to the 70's and not many updates. This would likely be your last pick if there was nothing else to find in Jasper. The only good thing going for it was a good pub and restaurant and in a good location close to everything.

If you're traveling solo, or just stayin' one night, not to bad. Otherwise maybe shop around. Having said that, I have stayed at a couple other places in Jasper that are not much better. This is what happens when the supply side isn't permitted to catch up to the demand side. I suppose I could live with a tiny room,... More

If in somewhere else, I will only give 1 Stars. It was very expensive in early July. The rate was over 200 CAD... But the availability is very limited in Jasper. The location was really good, just aside the main road. Parking was not included but not so difficult to find the street parking. Railway station is nearby, it might... More

This hotel is right in the downtown of Jasper, very convenient to eateries, shops and the information station! It is an older hotel, and the rugs are fraying, but the room was clean and nice. Our Queen bed room was very tiny, with room for the bed, two bedside tables and built-in desk, dresser and hanging wardrobe. There was a... More
