Jasper is beautiful but not really kid friendly. Alberts restaurant is usually where we go. It was not to our liking this time as the pancakes were undercooked. The owner is aware it will be packed so it was quite obvious they wanted customers to leave quickly.

Our room faced the train tracks and we had no issues with noise even though both me and my husband are incredibly light sleepers. I found the noise from the hallway to be more disturbing however that was over with by 9 o'clock after a quick call down to the bellman. I have stayed at this hotel the past two...

2 Jan 17 - Stayed in a room with two double beds for one night. Our room was not ready when we arrived around 2pm so they found a room that was and checked us right in. Room was comfortable with excellent amenities, especially the toiletries. Kitchen cabinets, small sink, microwave and coffee maker in the room. There were even...

I have stayed here on numerous occasions. I have always had great service from the front desk. Everything from changing rooms due to noise from the stairwell to finding lots items I have left behind after checking out. The gym area is adequate, clean and mostly private. The pool area is quaint and enjoyable when screaming children have gone to...

Four of us (two couples) stayed here for 2 nights for the first time and we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. We had a ground level room near one of the side entrance/exits which was convenient but also meant that even though we weren't the room directly next to the stairwell, we still heard a lot of the foot...

This was my first time staying here since its upgrade and re-branding as the Crimson and there is a lot to like about this place. It is still not a full service hotel (no room service etc.) but it the most updated place in town. The décor is modern and yet warm and inviting, beds are still new and firm,...

Stayed two nights on our way home for Christmas. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessities. Also a nice indoor pool and hot tub. It was nicely located close to the main strip in Jasper within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. So beautiful in Jasper like a winter wonderland.

Nice sized room and bathroom, even a mini kitchen with microwave. Clean room with friendly staff. Wish hotels in general would vary breakfast abit getting tired of the same thing, namely scrambled eggs bacon sausage.
