When we first arrived here, we had no idea what we would do the next day! Never fear, we had a ton of things to look through and our hosts were very knowledgeable. The rooms are comfy, with very roomy bathrooms! All your essentials are there, and I've never seen so much care put into the cleanliness of things! Not... More

Very welcoming hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. We had the upstairs room which was large very clean and comfy. Great to have breakfast when we felt like it and facility to eat in or make a snack to take hiking. Would definitely use as a base again.

Felt very welcomed as we arrived at Amanda's guesthouse to be greeted by Astrid and her three lovely dogs. Astrid gave us a wealth of information and a map of Jasper which came in very handy. The room was lovely with a few extras like sweets and chocolates. The breakfast provisions were very good with a selection of goodies. I... More

Stayed at Amanda's guesthouse for 3 nights, lovely appointed room with lots of provisions for a good breakfast to start the day. Astrid was very helpful with good knowledge of places & walks in the area to visit. Whilst there, we booked a river float which gave an amazing aspect of the fabulous views from the river. Lots of elk... More

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Super friendly owner couple Astrid and Richard (and their dogs) gave us great tips for Jasper and Banff national parks. They also offered complimentary continental breakfast to get your day started. We highly recommend this accommodation.

This B&B had the best bed linen that I have ever had....and it was fresh every day. Fantastic friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for us. We had a fridge and crockery etc so were able to make a salad, which after several weeks on travel was really welcome.

Jasper is a beautiful place with heaps of choice of accommodation. You do need to book early and be prepared for the price. That's where Amanda's Guest house came to accommodate us at a reasonable price and more homely feel. Astrid and Richard give you a more personal bond with excellent communication and advice on where to visit and for... More

The owners Astrid and Richard were both super-helpful. They were both very welcoming and friendly. Astrid did some laundry for me, while Richard even offered to show me a few good spots near Jasper. A lovely couple and a very comfortable guest house.

Astrid and her husband were very welcoming. We speak Flemish, so Astrid gladly communicated with us in her native language. Because serving breakfast is not really allowed in Jasper, Astrid provides you will all necessary things for a breakfast in the room. The room and en suite bathroom were perfectly tidy, the bed was very comfortable. And we got ample... More

Jasper was our second stop on our holiday. Amanda's was the only hotel we didn't stay in and what a pleasant surprise it was, lovely room with seating and plenty of storage. Loved having breakfast provisions in our room as this meant we could get up when we wanted and sort ourselves out for the day, the guest house also... More

“both rooms are exactly the same, but one's on the first floor (it's darker as the sun doesn't come in, but there's loads of lights in the room) & the other on the 2nd (sunnier, but there's blinds, and you'll need to climb a short flight of stairs to get up there with your luggage).”
