The staff was friendly (especially Alma). The room was huge and clean. The hot breakfast items are microwaved and then placed in the buffet warming trays - it would sometimes get cold (quiche and sausages) if the burners were off. We wanted to use the underground parking because it was very cold when we were in Fort McMurray. Unfortunately, after slowly going thru 3 speed bumps, there was a metal plate on the ground that sticks up - our Toyota Camry (that's low) got damaged because the metal plate hit the plastic piece at the exterior front passenger. In general, great value for what we got.

The heated indoor parking is great / very good breakfast / gym is just basic / rooms are large / staff is friendly. Rooms are large and quiet. I stay here 4 times per year. Location is downtown - close to many things.

I travel with my wife at least one a month every month to Fort McMurray, we always stay at the Franklin Hotel. the Staff are awesome, we are virtually at 'home'. The breakfast is always a rich variety and the environment is clean and homely. Nice.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so. Staff is warm and welcoming. Good proximity to restaurants and the very large and well equipped MacDonald Island rec centre. Suites are large with some limited cooking facilities (no stove or cooktop).

Love this hotel! The staff are always amazing and the suites are spacious and clean. There is no on site restaurant but a couple places to eat within walking distance. This is my go to hotel when visiting Fort McMurray and several of my friends and family also stay here.

This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Close to area restaurants and MacDonald Island facility. We stay at this location often and never have an issue. Recommended... especially for those individuals looking for a longer stay hotel. The suites are spacious and comfortable.

Great place to stay for fly in fly out. Great location with respect to highway access and nearby restaurants. Would definitely return. Suite was above and beyond my expectations. Early morning breakfast at 430am is great for those early morning construction meetings

Never disappointed staying at the Franklin. I stayed at the Franklin for three weeks during my previous visit and had such a wonderful stay, I returned again. The rooms are very nice and extremely clean. The staff is very kind and extremely accommodating. The location is great as it is walkable to many restaurants.
