Not too bad, but bed should have a mattress cover. There was also a problem with our bill in that we got double billed for parking. The staff did fix it though. The room was relatively clean and spacious. We were not there long to comment on any other amenities.

This is a great hotel with lots around it and the staff are super friendly and helpful....always smiling. The rooms have recently been redone and the beds are amazing! Wifi is free, fridge and coffee maker in room with Starbucks coffee. Pool and hot tub are nice and the gym is nice a cool for working out. Close to restaurants... More

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice décor in lobby and rooms. Amazing restaurants all around, mall a couple blocks over, shuttle service and close to the LRT. The kids love this place, as there is so much to see around the hotel and they enjoy the pool and how friendly the staff are. Fridges and coffee makers in room... More

As long as you know you're getting a 3-star hotel then you are in for a treat. The lobby was simple but the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms have been refurbished and thus look fresher. There's Starbucks coffee in the room. The amenities in the bathroom are good...and yes, there are full size shampoos, conditioner and... More

The hotel is ideally located close to a train station and within walking distance of many restaurants. Hotel's restaurant was a bit overpriced and the menu was dull. Not much by way of light meals and rather boring veggies. Rooms are clean and staff is delightful!

I stayed 5 days in this hotels for vacation with my family, overall the experience was very good, the room was clean, room service was excellent, and staffs were very friendly. However, you have attention that you have to pay parking $+/- 20 per day. But if you got the good Hotel rate, its good choice.

Good location. Comfy bed. Can see the construction of Roger's place. Be an affordable option for post Coiler games. Lots of shops in the area. Good eats all through the downtown area. I would stay again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and compfortable. The restaurant was hopelessly overpriced, with little selection for lighter meals. Hotel was full and the exercise and pool facilities were overcrowded and very noisy, with nowhere to sit or place a towel or phone.

Nice hotel in Edmonton's downtown (Jasper Avenue & 105 street). They offer free access to the climatized pool and fitness area. Also there is a restaurant where you can easily have a good dinner. Good attention, location and services.

Last time we stayed her for a wedding that was a short walk away. Were part of a group rate, but for $135 we had a king size bed, parking and breakfast! Room was a good size with mini fridge. Bed was comfy and the blackout curtains actually covered the whole window (rare to have). Parking was easy to get... More
