Clean, comfortable and excellent if you have hospital appointments. Cannot rate the services as they were all closed due to CoVid. If you drive an SUV watch your tailgate if you open it in the covered car park.
We booked our stay here because of the close proximity to the UofA hospital where our son was staying. The hotel is old, the heating system is showing its age. We were there for almost 2 weeks and never once did someone offer us any sort of housekeeping. Such as fresh towels etc. we had to ask for toilet paper, bathroom cleaner, fresh sheets, and the vacuum. We understand it’s a pandemic, but the hotel we moved to offers us these things daily. I would not stay here again.
Loved the almost full kitchen. Only thing missing is an oven but really, it isn't needed for the short stay. Perfect location for medical travel. Great staff and comfy beds. Beautiful views of downtown Edmonton.
We stayed at the suite and all rooms including the kitchen were very clean. The non-contact method to take out garbage and get new towels was very efficient and effective. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.
I had to bring my wife to U of A hospital for an unexpected, serious medical condition needing immediate attention. The Campus Tower was able to provide me with a room on Thursday night. When it was required that I had to stay another night, the staff extended my room booking with little notice and no issues, taking away the stress of were do I stay tonight. The staff was also very friendly, efficient and very attentive to my changing needs. Thank you so very much!
