I've stayed here a handful of times over the past year. Many of the mattresses are old and uncomfortable dressed up with nice bedding. Also the function of climate control is hit or miss. The good rooms are nice, but I've had more poor quality ones lately and find myself leaving with a sore back. It's time to get another...

Online and picture wise this appears to be a great place - 4* plus. In reality though as an advertised high end hotel it did not meet. The room was dirty, mostly the carpet, the blackout blinds did not fully close, the darkening blinds were water stained. There were areas of dust clinging in lumps to the furniture. The furniture...

The very friendly staff at Sutton Place Edmonton attended to every detail of our stay here. The customer service was impeccable and genuine. Especially staff members Nicholas and Monique. In business it is very difficult to find employees who truly understand ownership of their positions and the importance of customer service and they truly exceeded both. Thank you for making...

The hotel has comfortable beds and the rooms are fairly quiet so you don't hear lots of hallway noise or people in other rooms. Black out blinds did not black everything out but kept the room fairly dark. Had issues with VOD in our room and were unable to get it working properly without pixelating. Restaurants are easily accessible and...

We stayed there recently because of its close proximity to Rogers place. Never again. Items in our room went missing and the front desk and manager acted like it was not their problem. "I assure you our staff wouldn't do that" they said. Well, then how do you explain when my items were there in the morning when I left...

Had stayed at Sutton place a few times due to it's close proximity to Roger's Place but won't be back after having spent time at other hotels in the area. I'm honestly not one to complain but after having my items go missing in my hotel room I can't help myself. Spent 4 nights at Sutton to attend a concert...

My husband and I stayed at the Sutton this weekend while visiting family for easter. We got a great deal on the hotel and on the listing it said parking was free. It is not free. Parking is 31 dollars a day. Now if there is a playoff oiler game, don't leave your hotel because YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback in regards to the parking options of the hotel. I understand your frustration and although we do care and wish we had a drastic solution to alleviate your disappointment, the hotel does not own the parking lot and has no control over pricing, access and/or availability. I also...

The hotel itself is in a great place. It's situated in an excellent location for shopping, restaurants and pubs. The rooms were nice, nothing special but nothing bad either. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had a nice shower head. We had trouble opening and closing the window, and the toilet handle would need to be held down...
