From check in until check out the staff and the service was First Class. I was given a warm welcome at check in. The Front Desk Agent explained my room, where to go and how to find the Restaurants and Amenities. Clean bright room with an amazing rain shower. I highly recommend this Hotel, the staff go above and beyond...

We didn't have a reservation but were seated within 5 minutes. Our table was right beside the window so we had a wonderful view of the city, 24 floors below us. It was a clear night, so we had a great view of the city and the many lights, as the restaurant very slowly revolves. It takes 90 minutes to...

I travel to Edmonton on business quite often, and have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Booking through Hotwire this time was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The room was subpar, the tv remote was selective on when it would work, and as you can see from the disgusting amount of dirt in said remote from...

I went to Edmonton for a conference and shared a room with a coworker. He arrived before I did and secured the reservation but when I checked in I was charged the full amount of the reservation because the lady at the reception said my coworker had NOT checked in yet. When I arrived at the room I saw his...

Ever hear the saying "you get what you pay for", or "too good to be true"? Both of those apply after my last Hotwire booking. I understood quite well upon using this discount booking service that I was gambling on which hotel and amenities I would end up with, but it is more the disappointment of the disparity between the...

My first room was a bit closed in for my liking. Within 15 minutes I had been moved to a room with an awesome view and a very open feeling. They seemed very intent on my being happy and comfortable, even offered an umbrella when I had to walk to the Shaw Center in the rain. I had no problems...

This hotel is real gem. The rooms are very spacious and have wonderful views of the river valley. We stayed on the concierge floor which included cocktails and appetizers in the evening and breakfast the next morning. Very nice! We had dinner at La Ronde that evening. The staff was very attentative but not intrusive. The view from the revolving...

My husband and I stayed here last night for dinner. The hotel was okay but there were a few incidents that made it not so great and the way the hotel stay dealt with it made me want to write a review to warm others. First off, when checking in we knew we would be paying extra for parking. We...

I live in Edmonton, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone deciding to spend some time in the city of Edmonton, AB, Canada. I was at their restaurant at the top, and it is called La Ronde. What to say, except the food was excellent and we enjoyed our meal and price was not over the top.

Stayed for 6 nights. Rooms were spotless and facility was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Rates were very good. Food in main floor restaurant was okay. Didn't try top floor one. Concierge floor food and service was excellent. Walkable to great restaurants. My only complaint was the smelly toiletries... I like my breath minty, not my hair 😄
