This hotel is in a great location and has a nice lobby. Rooms are no better than any old motel. The tv barely responded to the remote and had limited channels - it was too frustrating even to watch. The business centre has computers with incredibly outdated browsers that made even simple website browsing impossible. The complimentary breakfast that comes...

This hotel has a good location and is one of the lower priced hotels in downtown Edmonton, for good reason. It is old and in need or renovations. We were on the 17th floor and the air unit in our room was broken. Hotel staff brought us a broken stand up fan - and then eventually a working one, and...

This hotel was such a let down. The rooms were hot and thermostat didn't work. The rooms didn't have any directory or hotel guide. There is no pool and the fitness centre was almost totally out of order with several key pieces of equipment broken. Room service was impossible to get a hold of and the front desk doesn't answer...

We had a two night stay at La Chatueau Lacombe Hotel. The view from our room was amazing, but other than the view, the price you pay for the hotel is not really worth it. No fridge, no microwave, and the TV didn't really even work properly. The rooms are a decent size, although we had two double beds which...

The hotel room was okay. Clean but basic. No microwave or fridge but it had a small coffeemaker and hair dryer. You do have to pay $20 a day for parking. It would be a good place to stay if you need to be downtown. We booked online and we didn't get anything we asked for and when we got...

Nice, large lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, clean room although furniture needs some TLC and colour. Brighter colours would be nice. A/C worked perfectly. Very quiet. Handy to the city centre and many restaurants and shops. Free wifi.

I had to see a few clients I needed to see over a couple of days that were located in downtown Edmonton. Anyone who has driven downtown to Edmonton knows parking can be a challenge. As a result I decided this time to choose a hotel that was downtown, had parking available, and was within blocks of my clients so...

Horrible stay at this hotel. First we arrive at hotel they give us our room keys, we go to the 18th floor, & our key won't work so back to front desk, the lady gives us a new set of keys, so back to 18th floor & still we can't get in our room. So back to front desk. They...

Dear deanna777, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your most recent stay. Upon investigation, it appears that your hotel booking was made via Booking.com. This 3rd party website lists rooms only and no packages. I wonder, if the reservation was inadvertently made on booking.com, rather then on the hotel website which lists our Romance package. I am so disappointed...

we had asked for an early check-in because of an event that we were attending at the hotel. we had been told that might not happen but we weren't told why. Garth Brooks was the reason. The hotel was packed. We had to line up to check-in even though they had 5 people working the front desk. But to their...
