This was a great hotel to stay at! It's not the most convenient place to stay if you're not actually going to the airport but the overall experience was worth it. It's not like the usual hotel chains available. The girl's at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. Check in was fast. The parking lot was quite full and if you have a large vehicle that might be challenging. I was booked at Clique but was put on the Applause side so if I wanted to go to the hot tubs on the roof I had to go across to the other side. The rooms were beautiful and the lights under the bed were easy to change with the remote by the bedside and was a nice feature. There was a good sized fridge and coffee maker available to use with lots of coffee. There was also two water bottles available for free. There were also robes in the room for use. The bathroom had a great shower with body sprayers and a small tv as well. The bed had lots of pillows but I found it on the hard side for me. There was a large tv in the room but mine was not working. I contacted the front desk to have someone come up and fix it. They said they would call back about sending someone and they never did so I was TVless for the whole night which was very boring. The follow through could use some improvement. I was also told the TV wasn't netflix compatible which isn't great. If you're sensitive to sound you might want to ask for a room on the far side of the airport because you can definitely hear planes landing and taking off, which is to be expected since the hotel is so close to the airport. The shrubs in the parking lot also need to be trimmed. They overhang the actual stalls and if you're not careful they will definitely scratch your door. This hotel was great and I would stay here again!…
We booked this hotel for our flights going to Mexico. Rooms are very nice , check in was quick very friendly Shuttle service was super both ways , thanks with helping with our luggage. We ate in the restaurant downstairs, found the service and food good. Thank you Clique we will be staying here again
A few of us stayed here on our last night visiting the Canmore/Banff area and we found the hotel to be very clean and conveniently located near the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and so were the mattresses. The front desk employees were all very courteous and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place. In addition, the restaurant on the premises has delicious food and great staff.
I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly due to flight and travel interruption. It’s a great location and the rooms were great. Atta, the driver of the shuttle provided exceptional service. He was kind, genuine and attentive. It’s people like him who make travel easier.
My family and I booked 3 rooms at the hotel, 2 of which we paid for the 14 day Hotel Parking which offered 24 hour shuttle service and that was confirmed to us when we checked in. We booked another 3 rooms for the end of our trip. Check in was fine. The rooms were okay but the hallways were quite noisy in the mornings - bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. One of the rooms was in the affiliated hotel next door and my parents were placed in the floor below the pool which apparently is open 24 hours. Great for using it, not so great if you want to get sleep. All of this was fine, lesson learned, we figured will make sure we don't get that floor on the the return end of the trip. The unacceptable part of our stay was that on the return end of our trip, we got in from Toronto at 11:30 at night. While waiting for the bags we called the hotel to arrange a shuttle only to be told that the shuttle stops at midnight. This caught us off guard as we'd been told it was 24 hour shuttle service and we informed the gentleman we spoke to of this; he responded, nope, it ends at midnight. So, I sent my wife, kids, and mom off to get the shuttle and my Dad and I waited for the bags. The first batch of bags came though and at 12:05 called again hoping to get a shuttle but were told no, it had stopped running. Again we told the gentleman we had been informed it was 24 hours and he said sorry, no, it stops at midnight. We ended up taking 2 cabs back as I had to wait for a later flight because one of my bags had been delayed in Toronto. We complained to the lady at the front desk the following morning and were informed that the shuttles do in fact stop running at midnight but the hotel will reimburse $15 cab fee to get you to the hotel if you book the 14 day park stay option (and we had purchased 2 of those as we had 2 cars). This was never mentioned to us once the night before - we were just told no shuttle option so basically get yourself to the hotel. The hotel website advertises 24 hour shuttle service - IT DOES NOT OFFER THIS. If we had been told by the gentleman just to catch a cab and we'd be reimbursed, it would have not been an issue at all as we w…
Robbie & the staff at the Clique are Great! The room was clean, fresh and the LED lights are fun!!! The comfy bed & the shower are a booking point! Relaxing jets & great water pressure. We were on the 4th floor. It wasn’t loud, we were able to sleep in (if you get the couples package it allows for a late checkout! I highly recommend this!) The roof top hottubs (2) are a cool feature! And the “weight room” is open 24/7 Upon checkin there was a bottle of sparkling cooling in a bucket, 2 glasses & a lovely surprise in the fridge (photo below) We enjoyed a lunchtime meal before checkout (vouchers came with package) and Anna is a complete gem!!! Thank you Tonic! Hope to see you again soon!
Awesome staff , been here many times. Always like coming here nice location next to airport. still looks new and neat rooms with bed lights. Excercise room always equipped with water and towels. Two hot tubs availiable here overlooking the airport.
We were on an extended weekend trip from Edmonton and decided to stop in Calgary for one night. Check in was okay but it seemed as though the front desk person was trying to run through a memorized script. Very cold and not welcoming. We were able to get a room on the 4th floor which excited me. I was looking forward to not having any foot traffic above me. Hmmm, who would've thought that the noise would be coming from inside the room. The toilet kept running all the time and would not stop. The floors were very bouncy and squeaky. And don't get me started on the bed. The bed was low and you could actually feel the springs protruding out the sides. We all woke up sore the next day and could not wait to check out. Will probably try a different hotel when next in Calgary.
Check in was nice and fast, rooms were clean and cozy, pillows were extremely lumpy however.. over all a nice stay.. the restaurant however had terrible food:( Love the roof top hot tubs and the gym is open 24é7 which was amazing:)
Pros: comfortable beds, good wifi, rooms with a fridge, location near the airport. Cons: the shower comes with a user manual (really annoying at 6 am), check-in was slow (20 minutes with a single person working at the desk), the neon lights under the beds make the room look like a bordello.
