We stayed last night for a very short stay as we had a 7 hour layover and arrived very late. The lovely front desk lady was very friendly even though I was irritable and sleepy from 10 hours of flights that day. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The front desk lady set us a wake up call to ensure we didn’t miss our morning flight. The only complaint was the shower gel in the bathroom was empty, otherwise everything was great.

Janish...very friendly reception. Rcd beautiful suite upgrade. This hotel was closed for a few years due to Covid and then renovated. Wonderful renovation to rooms, restaurant and many other areas that i did not use. Did I say impressive?!! Highly recommend this hotel! Michelin in restaurant does deserve some stars. Great service and personality. Restaurant manager was very interactive. Did I say everyone was very friendly?!! Great stay at YYC!

Great hotel! Highly recommend! Hotel is newly renovated, very clean and comfy. Will be staying here everytime we have to overnight in Calgary to catch a flight. Very very convenient!!! Ate supper in restaurant and food was really good and great service. Just do it! A bit more money but well worth it.

This hotel was great. Checkin was fast and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We received free breakfast for 2 at the restaurant for our platinum status as they don’t have a lounge. This was over $40 in savings! The food was excellent. We also found the room to be updated, clean and well laid out. While the room is small, the bed was extremely comfy and we could not hear the airport noise. The bathroom was also small but freshly remodeled with a great shower. We were very pleased and already have our next stay booked.

Fabulous refresh to the hotel. It’s been five years since we’ve stayed here and they’ve done amazing renos to the property. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great and the service was fantastic. The showers are awesome too with great amenities

Cute setting, beautiful views and good food. The walk was majority uphill and FYI - in early June for the top section near the tea house we needed poles and shoe spikeS - there was snow, slush and ice. We started our hike at 7:30am and when we arrived at the tea house there was no seating BUT we sat out on the large rocks by the lake and it was great. We had the veggie soup (tasty), tea biscuits with jam (good) and the Mountain Bar (delish). Glad we did this!!

Employees go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I usually stay overnight before international flights and it's really convenient not having to leave the airport. Room service is fast and fod is usually tasty.

Would rather sleep on the streets. And I am not even afraid of spiders. Brought my visitor (a spider, probably harmless) to the attention of check out manager; his response: it's just a spider. I know that already. Housekeeping was much more concerned and apologetic.

Great views attached to the airport so you dont need to walk outside. . Great staff. We have stayed there many times. We drop off the rental car the day before the flight and walk to US customs. Stress Free. Nice view airport lounge and hotel room. If you need a rapid Covid Test you can get it Numi Health in the Airport, which is located near Door 15.

We were driving to Calgary for an early flight for a short trip to the States so this seemed like a fairly good option. The parking was a bit pricey but it was nice to get the extra sleep then just a short walk to the ticket counter. Room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again in a similar situation.
