The location is very central within the downtown core and connected to the convention centre. The rooms were very good, the amenities in the hotel were excellent including the restaurants. The staff were very courteous and attentive.

Pretty standard hotel with high costs which were well above $300 which in my mind is too high for what you get. The breakfast place is $24 for the breakfast our company limits our breakfasts to $20, time to go elsewhere.

First time at this property and first stay at a Hyatt in 20 years. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly. Certainly a step up from a budget hotel but falls short of a luxury hotel. Disappointed in the noise level. Pile driving going on late into the evening. Apparently the hotel does not have noise reduction windows. Room...

I stayed for 3 days a few weeks back. The room was great. Super clean. Good staff. The bed was a bit hard. But it was still clean and nice. Went to all the places in the hotel for food and drinks. All were great. The gym was actually amazing !! And the pool and steam room were nice on...

Very clean, enjoy what little time I had there. Very quiet room, comfortable beds, soft pillows & hot water when needed. Within walking distance of lost down town area's. Answering these surveys makes me not want to do them anymore, a lot of answering the same thing over and over.

I finished business meetings and called to valet to get a couple of suit jackets for evening Dinner and they were busy and I had to remind them after an hour and it took another hour to locate my jackets. This is the only...

Hotel is excellent, clean rooms, great staff. It is difficult to find restaurants within walking distance of the area. Parking was atrocious. Access, price and available space for parking was terrible.

We stayed here for a short weekend conference in October. The front/reception staff were extrordinary. They would always be quick to get our luggage from the checked baggage areas, and would always help us find a taxi in a short period of time. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came often (or at least I see them in the hallways...
