Very clean, access to food and mall in walking distance. Felt safe and secure. The pool was well kept and good for kids. Very nice bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was a little expensive but convenient.

Spent 5 hours in the hotel. Four of those hours, were sleeping. Other than the shower fixture, everything was very good. Having cabs in waiting was also very convenient. All employees were available for help, if needed.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable room. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, a first since prepandemic. Blackout curtains. The shower is large, 2 heads and outstanding water pressure. I really appreciate the quiet. You almost can't hear when the heat comes on, and never heard a peep from other rooms. Comfy bed and blankets with a variety of pillows to choose. All staff were excellent from checkin, bar and restaurant. I very much enjoyed the pool and steam room. Even parking was easy with onsite garage. This is the first hotel in a long time where every detail just worked. Thank you for a great stay.

Although the c-train is a bit noisy, the overall stay at this hotel was great. The beds were comfy, the pillows were awesome, the TV was huge and had all the best subscriptions available (SNW!). The water was hot, the heater responded immediately. The breakfast was continental so don't expect protein other than oats. The water is quite 'hard' and you need a lot of shampoo to get the job done, also leaves your skin a bit itchy, especially in winter. BUT otherwise is amazing!

What an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, right from checking in to checking out. The staff here were all so friendly and super helpful. Concierge dealt with all our luggage with ease and we did have quite a bit of it. They stored it for us until our room was ready and stored it for us after check out too. We stayed in one of the Conference Suites which was really spacious with stunning views, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were a good size. We also had access to the Regency Club which was so handy and so worth it! And last but not least, a big big thank you to Nelsen who made our stay super special, such an amazing lady!

Just what you expect from a high end downtown hotel. Paid parking is high. Street parking around is usually available during evenings and weekends. Used a ballroom for an event and that was good too. Quick check in via email.
