Room amenities are cheap, breakfast selection was worse than a cheap motel. Generic Kraft brand jams and jellies for example. At this price point I'd expect some artisanal local product. Room coffee is Keurig with a prepackaged dry powder condiment set. The whole experience screamed "budget". I stay in a lot of hotels, and at this price point I expect a much better experience. Another example is having soap and shampoo in bottles stuck to the wall in the shower. That is what you'd get in a major chain budget hotel and it's done to keep costs down. The hotel management is focused on cost rather than customer experience, which is the point of a boutique hotel like this.

Located across from Memorial Park, close to downtown and yet far enough away from the noise of the city. This is an oasis in the city and one we will definitely return to. The hotel has done an exceptional job in balancing quaint and sophistication. The Oxbow restaurant provides this balance as well for ambience and food was top-notch.

Nice location for walking everywhere The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needed more light The underground parking garage was safe and convenient The breakfast was a little sparse but the bread and jam were amazing

Really well situated inn-type hotel on the north west side of Calgary. Well appointed. On-site food is great. We stayed 3 nights and were visiting residents of the nearby apartment building so it was perfectly located for our visit.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel. Great staff, great location, great food, lovely decor, comfy beds, CLEAN, friendly guests. I would definately stay here again and recommend to all of my freinds as well. Great location. Walk right out the door to fun restaurants and pretty little shops!

Central, comfortable wide rooms. Good services including car park. We spend 4 nights visiting the town. We went by transportation and by foot. The terrasse is confortable and have a nice view on the town and parc.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. The dining room/bar was quite dirty and should be dusted and cleaned. You room does not receive clean linens unless you ask for it or every 3 days. Bit long - 3 days. On the 2nd day after cleaning the towels in the bathroom that were re-stocked were dirty. Had to take them down to the front and show them.. the staff didn't really care too much
