We went to the Glenmore Inn Garden Court buffet for dinner. We haven't been in a long time but it was still great. Decent selection of items and the roast beef was delicious. There is a magnificent dessert table with soft serve ice cream too. Reasonable price and the server was lovely.

+1
Both check in and check out were simple with no hassles. I was up on the 6th floor so I didn't hear any road noise at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and on the softer side. There was a weird smell when initially turning the water on to shower, but I had hot water so I was happy. It took me a while to figure out how the heat worked and then it took a while for the room to warm up - basically I was cold when I went to bed but it was ridiculously warm when I woke up. The WiFi here was basically non-existent; I'd like to say spotty but that would be lying as I actually had connectivity after check out back in my truck compared to my room. Also, I thought this was a non-smoking property, but there were cigarette butts in the hallway and that's a little bit gross.

This hotel is an older style and the decor, including the rooms, is very dated but our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with two Queen beds, a microwave, bar fridge and a comfortable chair and, although the hotel was quite busy, it was quiet. A couple of negatives - the rug badly needed replacing as it was wrinkled, the in-room air conditioning/heater was extremely noisy and for those who rely on their electronics, there was only one USB charger.
Check in and out was quick and easy and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The hotel is rather isolated in a mainly industrial area and there is virtually nothing within walking distance. I felt the rate we paid was on the high side, especially when looking at the normal rates advertised, however, the location was convenient for us as we had an appropriate nearby.

Well I have stayed here in the past but unless they do some upgrades to the room I won’t come back. To start off with the girl at the desk proceeded to tell me I had to find another credit card as mine was no good without trying it. Another lady came and heard the commotion and she took the card from her and ran it worked perfectly. Then I went to my room. The room was clean I will give them that. The towels were sand paper like. Then there was the bed, what a disappointment the sheets were clean and nice quality, but it was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with 1/2 inch foam on it. They had lots of pillows that was actually what I slept on. The front desk didn’t care about the room comment about the bed either basically shrugged it off as not their problem.
They really need to do something about updating the up side was location and they do have good food in the restaurant.

Just got back home from the Glennmore Inn, we went to celebrate my birthday (April 5th) with my husband and 3 kids. We chose this Hotel because it's close to home, we got Zoo tickets for a future use, and breakfast included. Great deal, everything for $197.00 taxes in for a family of 5!
Hotel room (815) was great, husband and kids slept well. I did not because I prefer softer pillows and mattresses. The shower did scream at me for a good minute then stopped, sounded like an airplane trying to take off. Room was clean and warm.
We got 2 hours of pool time on the Monday (but only after complaining because the lady at front told us that we couldn't have more time consecutively even if it wasn't booked by someone else as it was not Hotel policy), and 1 hour before checking out on Tuesday. The pool is by far the best place to be if you're a 5, 7, 9 year old!!
Breakfast was Amazing, our waitress was phenomenal. She was great with the kids (a Grandmother I'm sure), she was very attentive to us. The food was so good, the kids all ordered the pancakes with strawberries...3 huge huge pancakes! My husband and I both enjoyed our breakfasts as well and had to box them up to take home (as did the kids).
We never did connect to the Wifi, so I am not sure how that worked. The TV does not have a movie rental which was a bit disappointing because we had to watch a movie with commercials that was just on TV (I know a small thing but does impact time and employability).
Loved being able to see the mountains when we got off the elevator on the 8th floor. So beautiful. Even the kids would stand on the chairs to enjoy the view.
The restaurant is close to a large variety of restaurants, so you do have multiple options.
We would go again.

Thank you for the excellent rating and review and happy belated Birthday! We were happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of our zoo package, the pool and our Garden Court Restaurant. We have had to put in some pool booking rules to be fair to all our guests, but it sounds like you had 3 fun filled hours at the pool! We will pass along your excellent comments to our restaurant staff- our Strawberry pancakes are AMAZING as you said. WE hope to have the opportunity to welcome you all back again soon!

Definitely an outdated hotel/Inn. They mention on their site that the upper level rooms have been updated, but when we got into our room that didn’t hold true. I’m not sure what it was that they updated, as it still seemed worn out and sad. The bathroom fixtures and curtains were very budget. Our toilet seemed like it was going to flood any moment. Even the water pooled around your feet when you took a shower, it had a slow drain. The carpet felt nasty, it was a good thing we all brought slippers. The beds weren’t comfy but the sheets were nice. They gave ample pillows but not towels (had 3 sets only), which was weird to us. If you book for 4 ppl there should be 4 of everything. Even coffee cups only had 2 in our room. The housekeeping staff was friendly & on point with accommodating our requests. The front desk people can be a little more welcoming, as they came off either tired and cranky or stand offish & not friendly. We also found it weird that we couldn’t take our breakfast up to our rooms, as we had to check out soon, but needed to eat and pack at the same time. Most hotels allow this & also are able to take food to go if needed. Otherwise the hotel has a lot of restaurants and other stores in walking distance of the hotel, literally at the front of the hotel.

Our overall experience here was good. The room was clean, staff were friendly, waterslide was fun. our couple complaints would be that there were some kids (8-12 years old) running around the halls for hours SCREAMING at each other. The other issue is that the hot tub was SO hot you could barley sit in it - like it was not enjoyable AT ALL.

The hotel and all the facilities were great. The only reason for 4 star is just details I noticed that brought it down like the small round toilet instead of an elongated accessible height and small TV, but the details didn’t really affect my stay. Don’t stay beside the bar (rooms 100-112) - it can be loud near closing time with loud drunk people easily heard down the hall. Pool and hot tub are decent. Front desk was responsive and friendly.

Stayed at this inn for business during July 2024 and regrettably I would not recommend.
Outdated furnishings with some prices being ripped and worn out (pic)
Terrible views of anything unless you have an interest in HVAC units on the roof ! (Pic)
Thin towels, old carpeting, slow elevators with bulbs burned out to indicate the floor number.
Cracked tile work in the 1970s style bathroom. (Pic)
Ridiculously slow WiFi
Overall, this property is run down and needs a thorough upgrade.

The front desk staff are very obliging, and will do the best they can to get you into a room when you arrive. They did not charge extra.
Yes, our room had a refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee, tea bags and cups. It also had an iron and hair dryer.
