Avoid this place at all costs. My washroom was extremely dirty to the point where I decided to avoid using the tub entirely and the ended up cleaning the sink myself. See attached photos. Spare yourself and book elsewhere.

Chose this hotel because of the park-n-fly package offered on their website. BEWARE - this is misrepresented on their site. While they did provide a shuttle to the airport, they refused to pick up upon return. Hotel staff were quite unaccommodating, unapologetic. A taxi is required to get back to your car,and the taxi ride is not cheap. You’re probably better off to avoid this hotel completely, stay closer to the airport, and park in the airport parking garage. We will NOT choose to stay here again in the future. Very disappointed!!!

I was not told the property was under extensive renovation when I booked, but I guess they realize no one would book then! It sure needs the renovation - carpet in the suite and bathroom flooring was in horrible condition, and tub and sink are scratched up and marred. However, I put up with construction noise when I came back mid-afternoon on my second day. But it was clean and the bed really comfortable. My biggest complaint was I ordered room service and when they knocked on the door I was handed a paper bag, with my pasta in a cardboard box that the cheese sauce was leaking out of! You would think with the renovations going on and the hotel in disarray they'd step up the areas that are not affected and could still impress - like the food service. There are also not a lot of restaurants or amenities close to the hotel.

Told the staff @checkin that I had just had surgery & difficulties walking & needed a week long stay to recover. Not only was I given the "last room" on the floor,the "furthest" from the elevator, but an Adjoining Room!! I was kept awake till 2am because of the noise! At 8am, I was jolted awake by SEVERAL PEOPLE YELLING, POWER TOOLS & THE CONSTANT BANGING OF MATERIALS BEING THROWN IN A VERY LARGE STEEL DUMPSTER!! THIS WENT ON NON STOP TILL 5PM & AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING, ALL DAY TILL 5PM AGAIN & At night, again the noise In the adjoining Room till 2AM!I COULDN'T REST OR SLEEP & HAD A THROBBING HEADACHE FOR 3 DAYS! Out of ALL THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL, THE CONSTRUCTION ONLY AFFECTED MY ROOM! THIS IS WHERE I WAS PUT TO REST & RECOVER!! After no sleep for 3 days, I demanded to be moved to the FRONT of the hotel where the website listed "Views of the Mountains & Downtown Calgary",verses the large dumpster & dark empty parking lot I was given & to have the "same ammenities I was paying for"...after being told I would be moved to the front, w/ everything else the same, I moved @3am so I could finally get some peace & quiet & hopefully sleep..when I finally got everything moved, being assured 4 TIMES it was a room in the "FRONT".., AGAIN, I WAS MOVED TO THE BACK!!! WHEN I CALLED FRONT DESK, THE LADY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT WAS THE CLOSEST TO THE FRONT SHE COULD GIVE ME!!???? YOU R EITHER IN THE FRONT OR BACK PERIOD!...NO SUCH THING AS CLOSEST!! Not only did she LIE, she didnt even APOLOGIZE & on top of all THAT, NO MICROWAVE, WHICH I WAS ALSO TOLD THE ROOM HAD!!! When I woke up, ALL MY FOOD IN THE FRIDGE HAD TO BE THROWN OUT CAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN WORKING!! When I demanded to speak to the manager, I was told my last night would be free & a fridge & microwave would be brought up..still, I wasn't Moved to the front!! On top of all THAT, I couldn't even access breakfast All Week cause it was up 2 Flights of stairs( which i couldnt walk),on the 2nd Floor, NOT ACCESSIBLE BY ELEVATOR!! WHAT ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO DO IF THEIR IN A WHEELCHAIR!?? IF ITS ON THE 2ND FLOOR, WHY NO ACCESS BY ELEVATOR!??Also,The beds are Very Hard & Uncomfortable, Bathtubs are tiny, shower pressure is awful,their "Welcome Book" was Very outdated so nothing was Accurate,there were NO SNACK VENDING MACHINES, NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES, & I was charged $18.00 for a SMALL CONTAINER OF SOUP & A PLAIN WHITE BREAD SANDWICH W/ ONLY MAYO & SOME CHICKEN!! I PAID MY WEEK UPFRONT, THINKING I COULD REST & RECOVER WITHOUT BEING BOTHERED & THIS WAS HOW I WAS TREATED! WHAT SHOULD OF BEEN A 5-7 DAY RECOVERY, TOOK ME 2 WEEKS! UNBELIEVABLE & INEXCUSABLE!! Hundreds of dollars down the drain for this! No One Even Tried To Accomadate Me In Any Way!! AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

All in all Me and my wife is not happy for the result of our event, Supposedly our wedding night is enjoyable but it comes out to a very stressful situation, the reason we take hotel service is to make everything perfect most specially in terms of food and services, Our friends,all the visitor expect a great service but It was truly make other . Aug 16,2019 when we arrive at the ballroom round 7-8pm the room still not set up not even one place the round of table ,this makes lots of delay on the decoration set up which make me and my wide stay at the room to finished up the set up got us sleep by 4pm. ( only 3 staff on that night to set up the ball room which is not enough to make the rooms ready) Second In the Morning of Aug.17,2019 I ask your staff to finish up the table setting for one full table has no set up, and do vacuum and some other table are missing setting tables at 5pm upon my arrival from the church the table is not been touch no set up, I still need to ask. again The room is open to the guest but no water on the table ,candles not been lighted. I ask manager ,but no one assisted on me So, I'm the one who lighted the candle, I must to do it by my self while my guest looking at me asking why I am the one working? my guest has already arrived,. the table has no water function start 5pm its should be before 5 or should be 4:30 pm room is totally ready.? 4) the buffet should be open at 6:30pm yet the buffet done setting up 6:45pm . its should be buffet ready 15min-30min before the dinner? Dinner is almost done kids meal has not been serve.I should ask them because all the kids playing on the dance floor not eating for they cannot eat the buffet food, beside kids should be first one to be serve right? I am the groom but I did not stay much time to my head table due of the entire service is truly not good, I need to attained the needs of my guest asking waters, for server and clearing the plates table ,refill the dessert ect. Staff is not enough only 5 of them 4 of them is in the buffet and 1 person inside the function room which stay in the bar, so no one is clearing the plate and no one refilling waters. all of our guest but complained a bad service no table maintenance our room stay, the first night, I ask extra bed but they give me baby crib , need to ask again,at the second night we cannot sleep do of to much noise at early in a morning,
