I went in and was talking to the man and he was super nice and was ready to give us a room, and then this women walked in the office, gave us the up down and said "No! We have no more rooms" the man looked really confused, and apologized. There were only two cars in the parking lot, if... More

I enjoyed this hotel and feel that it has a worse rating than it should. First of all, just because the receptionist is foreign does not imply she was mean. She was nice to me even if she did not speak english fluently. My room was clean and nice and I was not expecting a kitchenette for the price, which... More

Well.. if we could take the beds home that would be great. Other than that, we had a kitchenette just above the office. Let me say this...no microwave, stove was extremely dirty and one element on the stove was missing, a cloth was inside the oven and there were no cooking utensils. No cups, no silver ware, no coffee maker,... More

I was in room 210, just above the office - Owner told me not to shower as tub leaks. Room was less than normal. It looks like just a down town shack and not for stay for travellers to Calgary. The whole night I was worried about my CRV parked outside. Hairs in the room were common things.

The Banff Trail Motel was recommended to us by an employee at Deerfoot Mall. We wanted something cheap and local for one night as we passed through. The room was 'meh'. My husband described it as "the 80s called; they want their furniture back". We found gross hairs in the sink and bathtub. There was half a roll of toilet... More

Horrible place filled with skethy people. Looked okay when we arrived as it was cheap and convient for passing through Calgary. We ending up calling the police and leaving around midnight as there were people fighting in the next room and yelling about murder and guns. Further conversation followed surrounding the subject of drugs and sex. We were quick to... More
