Like other reviewers have noted, the price is on the expensive side, but it truly was an exceptional treat to spend two nights in such an enchanting location! Besides the stunning views of the Canadian Rockies and the turquoise blue lake, the setting and ambience of the Lodge is superb! The staff was helpful with whatever we needed, even providing...

This hotel gets its reputation from its situation. The views from the rooms are simply stunning. In reality, the rooms are actually quite small, especially for the price. The restaurant was also excellent, but again quite expensive.

Let me start buy saying the view is amazing. the staff are nice. The rooms are breath taking. Now here is the downfalls.. We stayed in the Queen Lodge Room. - No fridge/tv/microwave in rooms. - Nowhere to eat except there Dining room/Restaurant - And be ready to pay at least $125 and up for your meal for 2 people....

We booked this realising that its by far the most expensive week we have ever spent on accomodation, but the location, and service were excellent! The only down side would be the rather expensive menu in the restaurant, which they didnt really need, as most guests would be quite happy with something a little less dressy and more value for...

Note my rating is for the property only, the location however is a simply stunning 5 stars. Given the room rate that we paid, we expected more from the hotel, however I suspect that a "Lodge" has a different connotation in North America than in Europe. Accommodation in the main building is comfortable and the receptionist spent time showing us...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The locarion is superb and we enjoyed our visit. The downside is that compared to other hotels and lodges in the region the staff were not particularly relaxed. We also found the restuarant somewhat expensive for the quality of the food. That said we enjoyed our stay and the wood burning fire was excellent

This location is really quite lovely, we splurged and spent two nights here for my 30th Birthday! We stayed in Cabin 6 which at first I was a bit disappointed that there were other cabins occluding our view of the lake BUT after we hiked past the other cabins and went canoeing I was quite glad our cabin was where...

This place is unbelievably friendly and guest oriented. My wife and I, with two other couples, were delayed in route to Lake Moraine Lodge. We were on the road at 9:00 PM and still 30 minutes out. So we called ahead about places to eat. The Lodge Manager told us that at that time of night there would be little...

It was my first visit to Lake Louise and my husband and I booked 2-nights at Moraine Lake Lodge. I booked specifically this lodge because of their website photos and description of the cabins. The website makes it perfectly clear that there is no tvs, radios or phones or cell phone coverage in the rooms and cabins. I have a...

We have frequently gone hiking at Moraine Lake and have look longingly at the Lodge as we slogged back to the car - so this year we decided to stay for a few days. It was a very positive experience. We had cabins 18 and 17, which probably have the best views of the lake, and I would certainly recommend...
