Rooms are not that big but the service staff is great, Friendly and helpful. They saw we brought some fresh fruits from the grocer and volunteered to set up a small refrigerator in our room which came in super handy. Plush robes were a real plus. Did not have a chance to use their pool and sauna as were out...

I have been remiss in writing a review but wanted to do it now, even though it was over 3 months ago that we stayed here. It was possibly one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in, often going with the major chains. There was the Fairmount Lake Louise down the road for a much more expensive overnight....

This hotel is lovely, the service is good, the amenities are nice and parking is easy, however the restaurant is horrible. We had stopped in here at the end of a road trip and made reservations for dinner, upon making reservations we asked about attire as (like I said) we were on a road trip previously. They stated dressy shorts...

What an absolute delight. The scenery was stunning. Every effort had been made to embrace the festive season. This was out best Christmas present ever and we would recommend everyone to stay at least once. The food was exceptional as was the friendliness and service. No fault can be found whatsoever. Our room had a fireplace which was relaid everyday...

Spent 2 nights at the Post Hotel and Spa in Lake Louise. Absolutely stunning setting among beautiful snow covered evergreen trees and extremely well decorated for the festive year end season. They have created a beautiful ice rink that wraps around the dining room - fantastic job! The service is great and the food very good. Our room had a...

We go once a year to the Post to spend a night, experience the wonderful service, accommodation and of course the food. The Wife has a different Spa treatment every time we go and is totally impressed with the quality and Staff there. We usually order the Chef's tasting menu which has never disappointed us. The individual courses appear to...

We weren't able to book on the preferred side because we came on a busy season. The room that we got was close to the area where the cars drive by, so we can't really open our shades. But it was quiet and well-designed. The staff left a bottle of ice-cold champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room, as well...

There are some hotels you stay in, well, to simply have a place to call 'home' while you're visiting a place away from home. Then there are the hotels you stay in simply to experience 'the hotel'. This is most certainly the latter. You may never have heard of the Post Hotel, but it is worth the trip and it's...

The Post is just beautiful. Log construction, beautiful grounds, and an awesome sight sitting beside the river. The sun room is warm and wonderful, and the library is a wonderful retreat with a fantastic fireplace, bar, and chandelier. The restaurant is right off the lobby and has the great ambience and food that you would expect at a world class...

We were there for 2 days and ate dinner there for 2 nites. Fabulous menu and all the dinners were first class. They have one of the best wine cellars in North America - in excess of 30,000 bottles - some of the best wines in the world. Service staff is polite and are very knowledgeable and courteous . Great...
