This was a great place for anyone looking for a cheap stay or for some fun people to hang out with. Facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, liquor store on premises, kitchen was good and lockers were provided in the rooms. The staff is also jokes and a lot of fun. I wish this hostel had an upper age limit.

Converted apartment complex turned into an international hostel. Nice rooms and nice hot showers. Towels are avaliable for rent or bring your own. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgable. Be sure to check this one out before you go.

This hostel is the greatest one I ever been! Folks are friendly, new friends are funny. Do try to meet some friends in the kitchen area, because they might become your "Pub-Crawl-Mate" :) Better spend your time on Friday-Sunday in Banff if you are the night-animal (Know what I mean right, shhh...). On the last day I drop my important... More

Been here twice and both times with no reservation. Dorms are a little tight and dark but other than that, they were extremely accommodating. Cheapest rate in town at $30/night!!! There's a lockup storage area for boards, skis, bikes etc and a fully functional kitchen to keep your trip or holiday cheap and healthy. Basically no parking but welcome to... More

This hostel is not in the heart of Banff but rather up the road on Tunnel Mountain - however in the summer season the town has a great bus service called ROAM that does stop right beside the hostel ($2 person each way) as it is a long walk up and down on foot. Two different buildings and some cute... More

If you're looking for a great time in Banff with awesome people, then this is the hostel of choice. I was in a dorm with 7 others, the room was spacious enough and the beds provided a good sleep. The real charm were the friendly staff that worked there. They were always happy to chat and constantly organising social events... More

Just remember it's a hostel. So don't expect the best yeah. But it has its perks. The staff are crazy friendly, willing to help you with any information about town. It's in a awesome location to town also which helps. You can get discounted passes to the ski hills also. The rooms have private curtains on each bunk bed which... More

Considering this was a place to crash as it was too cold to camp and was the only place that had vacancy in the middle of summer it was fine. A clean kitchen and it included breakfast which is more than just toast :) Free Parking Book in advance as we were very lucky! The rooms are clean - old... More

This place was great for anyone in their 20s to 30s. It has okay bunks (quite rickety) but if you manage to score a bed up in the loft (there's one in each room) then you'll have a single bed rather than a bunk. Each dorm has a bathroom and a separate sink. Biggest difference to other hostels is that... More

Stayed for 2 nights on Halloween! It was the cheapest hostel rate in town and does not disappoint. Booked into a 6 bed female dorm. It had a en-suite bathroom, fridge, curtains across the bed and lockers. It has breakfast included (bonus!) also only a 5 minute walk to the shops on Banff Avenue. There is a bottle shop right...
