An excellent hotel located right in Banff. The hotel has a large indoor pool (great for kids), and hot tub. The rooms are decent, a bit dated, but clean and fully equipped. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Decent restaurant with a good size breakfast buffet. Free Wifi

Hello, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you found the beds in your room uncomfortable. Providing our guests with a restful night's sleep is one of our greatest priorities and we therefore have an ongoing mattress replacement programme, with any mattresses that are not deemed up to scratch being replaced with brand new, high-end mattresses. If you are able to spare the time please consider contacting us to let us know which room you were in so we can check on the specific mattresses in question. I should also add that if any guest has a mattress that is not to their taste (whether too firm or too soft), we would recommend they contact our front desk team during their stay. We will do everything possible to rectify any issues and, depending on availability, will happily let guests test the beds in any vacant rooms so they can find one to their liking. Once again thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we hope you enjoyed your trip to Banff. Best regards, Michael Hall Rooms Division Manager

Is there any where to do laundry
Yes there is. Bring your own pods, much cheaper. It requires Canadian coins. I think it was @$3.00 per load, but the machines are big. 2 washers and 2 dryers.
