The great part was that it is in a fabulous location, very peaceful and close to ski hills. Also, the staff are amazing and friendly! Also, it is very clean. The room we stayed in (room 9) was very nice and the jetted tub was spectacular. On the downside, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Especially, 3 mornings...

I had a lot of correspondence with the Staff at Banff Boutique Inn and was very excited about getting away for my Birthday. Unfortunately the hype and excitement were extinguished during our stay. Breakfast was as advertised, but not what we expected. I found it very odd that there were no table setting. Not a place mat or serviette or...

This inn is spacious and very well appointed. The rooms are lovely , really lovely beds and 6 pillows of varying types. The bathrooms are very small though adequate. The guest lounge is nice and welcoming. All of the young workers are lovely..very welcoming , friendly and always with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and generous with choices. The televisions...

The Boutique was our friends from South Africa's first impression of Canada in way of beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed with Becky's motherly way toward her young and friendly staff, whom always greeted us with their genuine smiles. We would not hesitate in returning. Great experience!

Stopped here for two nights, Sat and Sun in December. What a wonderful environment - we were spoilt as we were the only people there on the Sunday night and had the place all to ourselves. We would have had to share a bathroom and toilet if it had been fully booked - but other than being sure you get...

Stayed for a short honeymoon in banff and loved it. Great service, friendly staff, great rooms! Everything to do with the place was perfect. Great for a couple! We stayed in room 10 which was a king deluxe suite. It had all the amenities and was very roomy. The bed was the most comfy bed I've ever slept on at...

Two couples stayed 2 nights at Banff Boutique Inn and it was lovely. Our rooms were elegant and up to date. Breakfast was very good. It was a very easy 5 minutes walk to down. We would definitely stay here again.

We took an overnight getaway to Banff, midweek and pretty much off season so the rate was good. We chose the king bed room and it was large, comfortable and perfectly suited to us. There is a deck (shared) off the entry way that looks onto the forest area, perfect if the weather is suitable, to sit out and have...

We loved the Inn so much we cancelled a reservation somehwere else so we could come back! The rooms were so gorgeous and well equipped, the staff super frendly and welcoming and the location which was just walking distance to town perfect. Something really special has been created here and it deserves an excellent review! Would strongly advise this place!...

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Banff Boutique Inn. We stayed in a spacious lower level suite which was quite large and quiet. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied with home baked pastries. Would highly recommend.
