Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. On the south end of town but we walked to town for dinner and ice cream. Has a nice common room with books and games for rainy days or family time. Staff helpful. Would stay here again. No complaints.

A lovely Pension that is a short walk from the happenings in downtown Banff. We were in room 7 and it was perfect. Initially, I was worried about the road noise, but that was never a problem as the sidewalk rolled up early. The entire room including bathroom was clean beyond belief. The breakfast is simple: coffee, tea, hardboiled eggs,... More

The room was fine, but not that good... The window didn't work and there was no courtain. My bed wasn't long enough for my height, even if we wrote several time that I am tall and I need a normal bed and not a "child" one. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The good thing is that they manage to... More

Enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel. It is close enough to the main street in Banff for a nice walk and is a good choice if you're planning on lots of day trips to the Lakes and other amazing places in the area. The continental breakfast each morning was very nice, with fresh bread from a local bakery. The... More

Booked this at the last minute ... only a few days ahead ... because it was about the only place that had availability and parking. Parking was tight for our Chevy Suburban (we are on the road for three months) but we made it. Entrance was a bit disconcerting with worn steps. First impression inside was ok not great. We... More

This is a mixed-bag review. It depends on which room (I am surmising since we did not see the inside of any room, but ours) you get assigned to. We had Room Number 4 in the main Inn, so I have to base my review on that. Also, I have to base this review on the fact that the Inn... More

Booked 4 nights in the King suite at the back of the hotel. A self contained accommodation in effect with access to main premises, facing the woods. Very spacious, massive bed, nice bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Just outside Banff downtown but 5 mins walk only to get to Banff. Perfect location. Very peaceful. Friendly staff. A really nice stay

My hubs surprised me with a night away, and this is the place he chose for us to lay out weary heads. Our room was quaint, but lovely. The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. The library/games room was fabulous. The breakfast spread was simple, but good. My only issue was the coffee was awful. They offer French press as... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We had two rooms booked and both were large and had a king sized bed in each. The bathrooms were small but well appointed. The staff were pleasant and went out of their way to assist. The locality of the property was close to town so that you could walk off your dinner... More
