The hotel rooms are lovely and spacious, biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room had a fridge which was handy. Very clean with a nice bathroom. The delivery menu was a great service as we were travelling with young children and couldn't go out at night. The breakfast was ok and the breakfast room was a little... More

This hotel is dated but the linens were clean, beds comfortable and great pillows. The continental breakfast was the usual fare: bagels, cereal, toast and fruit. The building shows quite a bit of wear and the carpets need to be replaced but no one goes to Banff to sit in their room anyway.

this is a good hotel in the beautiful but overly touristic town of Banff Except, maybe, for a microwave in the room we found the room well equipped, comfortable and nice Continental breakfast fine the hotel has no laundry service, the receptionist pointed us to the hotel next door that has a laundromat while inexpensive in Banff terms the place... Partly based on reviews from various sites, we booked 2 nights at the Red Carpet. The reception area is dingy and old fashioned and while our room was reasonably clean, there were many small problems, indicating a lack of maintenance (or perhaps good management). Among these were: a bathroom door that wouldn't close, a faulty toilet (this was fixed), torn... More

And "no worries" it was. The best thing about the RedCarpet Inn was the great helpful and friendly staff. Especially, Amanda and Sara. They directed us to all the great places we wanted to see and restaurants in Banff. When we had any problems or needs at the Inn they took care of it and said"no worries". They were quite... More

for an overnite stay in Banfff. The price is right, compared to many others in the area. Rooms are fairly sized, but maintained well at lowest cost. Hard to explain. If you are bothered by religious posters, etc, look away. There is a framed proverb or Christian phrase on the wall.. Mix of compact flourescent bulbs and incandescent on the... More

As a skier who visits Banff regularly, I have stayed at most of the hotels Banff has to offer. I will be in no hurry to stay here again. This hotel has seen better days, the overall condition of this property gives the impression the management is satisfied collecting the rent and takes no pride in their product. My room... More

This hotel was a good place to stay in Banff, Everything in Banff is super expensive and this hotel is expensive, but not as expensive as other hotels. The room was clean and spacious. The young man who checked us in was nice. We had a room on the street side and we didn't have a problem with street noise... More

On the main strip just a short walk to everything. This is a older hotel kept in good condition. Rooms are large with a refrigerator. Good continental breakfast with plenty of stuff, though no muffins or donuts. Parking underneath or outside. Friendly staff. Hotel was booked solid for two of three days we were there. There is no pool but... More
