The rooms were old, windows were dirty, beds were comfortable. We paid a huge amount of money for this place, no breakfast, and they were out of coffee. It served a purpose, but I would look elsewhere next time. I don't recommend this place.

Stayed last weekend. For the price and distance to main street, excellent value for the price paid. Room was clean, washrooms were nicely renovated. It is pet-friendly so that is a plus. Would stay again.

I came to Banff to go to a conference and booked into this hotel as it was the least expensive hotel I could find at $300 a night this town is absolutely swamped with people beautiful location nestled in between Glazier covered mountains Banff has become quite CD and rundown with lots of souvenir shops and tacky dollar stores the hotel was quite nice it was clean it was pleasant not enough towels other than that no real complaints except the price was out-of-this-world at $300 a night the one with front desk said you were lucky to get the last room here she said we are the least expensive of all the hotels in Banff ouch I guess this town is for really rich people

Room was not thoroughly cleaned after last guest checked out. There's a Used towel on bathroom towel rack when we checked in. Garbage in bin when we checked in too. Quite abhorred by their hygiene standard. Staff was far from helpful, some of them were quite impolite to us. Would not recommend this property.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It is in serious need of an update. Rooms are very tired and old fashioned. The bathroom we had, had been revamped but the sink was still in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. Sheets on the bed had stains on it and the carpet on the floor would need replaced. Our room also had a random picture with a bible quote on it which would be a bit off putting for some people. The aircon if you were to turn it on is ridiculously loud and there is a fridge in the room but it wasnt plugged in and to plug it in you need to unplug the aircon which wudnt be ideal if the weather was warmer than when we were there as you wud have to choose which one to plug in. It is in a good location on the main street in banff and you walk to the main area of town within 5 mins. Overall I wudnt recommend and I am sure there are nicer places to stay in Banff
