Check in went well, elevator was a bit slow, hall ways gave the impression of an old musty hotel. Once in the room I was pleasantly surprised at the nice renos including updated beds and furniture. We had a small balcony overlooking the street and the Christmas lights on the big evergreens were gorgeous! Hot tub looked nice but we... More

My Husband and I stayed for 2 nights on our route to find snow, the hotel staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. We will stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone. You do have a lot of young adults staying because of the skiing and snow boarding, but to be fair they seemed a polite group.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on a Saturday night. There may have well been no walls between rooms as I heard a baby crying, a dog barking, a very loud toilet flushing and I could hear the people next door zipping up their suitcases.

Wasn't the fanciest room in Banff. They need to be renovated soon. The bed sheets were the wrong size and wouldn't stay on the bed. DO NOT USE THE UNDERGROUND PARKING. The roof is leaking and will drip salt/calcium on your car and it's very hard to get off. Good location.

We were friends driving to Bafn from Edmonton and wanted a place for the night. This hotel on the strip is ideally situated for a quick stay with reasonable rooms clean beds and attached bath rooms with good eating places nearby

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is older with ongoing renovations. The parking lot was a nightmare we could barley get our vehicle back there. At one point it was completely full luckily the front desk was extremely helpful and allowed us to park out front. My only complaint is that the room was... More

The room was dirty, the receptionist, who was "the manager", was not professional at ALL. Cigarettes on the balcony (where is forbiden to smoke) were lying on the floor, at least since 2 weeks. The wardrobe was brocken. Very Funny when they ask a caution of 400$CA in case of any damage. Only good point : The bad was confortable

Me and my partner stayed here for four nights. We are young travellers so on a budget and being usually in hostels we wanted a nicer place that was still affordable. We got a king room which was nice for the two of us. There was a balcony which had views of banff ave. Nice large tv too :) Mini... More

You get what you pay for. The inn is good enough for a 1 night stay. Though the room and everything else is very dated, everything including the toilet is clean. We had a comfortable sleep but that is all. There is an underground car park and a outdoor car park. Useful info for all visitors traveling to Banff.

Not the cleanest place I've set foot in, but it was ok. Beds were ok. The location is great, only a few blocks away from downtown. Overall I would recommend if you want a cheap place to stay in Banff. But there are some cheaper places in Canmore only a few minutes away from Banff if you seek comfort and... More
