Right on Banff Ave this hotel is convenient and comfortable. The rooms are a large size. Coffee and a fridge are additional conveniences. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Underground parking is also very convenient. Rates are reasonable.

I stayed at the banff inn with a friend for 2 nights as we were going snow mobiling . we was ment to check in at 4pm but arrived early and the staff at the front desk let us check in at 2.30pm . The rooms was really comfy and clean the beds was so soft and cozy felt like you did not want to get out of them . you had a mini fridge and a coffee machine. the bathroom was very clean the shower was quite powerful and nice and hot . We went out for the day and when we got back the beds was made clean towels and new coffee pods. The hotel has a restaurant on site , the menu is not that vast but there is nice food on it , The only thing about the restaurant is it is only open from 5pm until 11pm . I dont usually go to banff but if i do then i will stay here again , Its a very nice hotel

Excellent the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the spa and especially the steam room. The staff was always helpful and the rooms were cleaned daily. It was nice to have food and drinks available on site as well.

We stayed here for a few days as part of a family trip. Great check in, we arrived very late due to flight delay but were seen to quickly and rooms sorted. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms and views were perfect. Definitely recommend

The fan/motor made such a racket was impossible to close an eye and sleep. Had it been normal maybe I’d stay there again as it was well situated and clean but this was a deal breaker. Was worth maybe 95 bucks not 250

We stayed at the Banff Inn for one night in February 2023 and it was great. The room was large and clean and the check in and out process was efficient. It was about a 5 minute walk down the road to all the main shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a premium double queen room for a week of skiing. The room was ample size for the 3 of us and all of our gear. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. The walk into downtown was a bit of a hike but worth it to not have to drive, as parking downtown is a nightmare. Will definitely stay here again.

The room had 3 Queen beds which was perfect for our family. The room was really large. There was a bedroom with a door. No view but we didn't need a view. Really appreciated the extra space and beds. Location of the hotel is within walking distance of the stores and restaurants in Banff.

Out of town … not a big issue as we like to walk but out of town with no facilities/Breakfast/lunch/cafe options is an issue. Would not recommend for families with kids as the walk into town to purchase food is too far
