Our 2nd stay at the Royal Canadian in the last couple of years. The hotel is excellent both staff and accommodation, clean, and very comfortable. It's awesome that it's only a short walk into the heart of Banff Avenue and shop. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel has a good ambience but the check in was made extremely difficult by the fact that they do not accept regular European bank cards payment option, only credit cards. The staff was however pretty helpful in solving the situation but after a long trip this is what you last want to be dealing with.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The amenities were very good. The only downside was that it was a very far walk to the main area of Banff Avenue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Service and staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Dining room has fantastic chefs, mussels were fantastic. Good location, central. Can walk to most everywhere from the Lodge. Heated underground parking for all guests. Rooms were fairly basic but nice. Fireplace was a nice touch.
