This is an older hotel, but it is in the perfect location. You walk out and down one block and you are in the heart of Banff. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. Parking in the under ground garage made things very convenient. I would stay there again.

We visited the BPL for a business conference. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but it has been renovated inside and was really nice. Very clean hotel in the lobby, dining and pool areas. Food was excellent and as someone with Celiac disease, I ate there all weekend without issue which was a huge relief! The staff...

This is a great hotel with very nice public spaces. I especially enjoyed the pool area with beautiful dressing/locker area. The restaurants were nice, but the service was slow for breakfast in the Chinook Restaurant. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom area. We loved the location which was so close to shopping in the downtown area.

We have a ton of families here and things are GREAT. The service is perfect. The hotel is showing its age a little, but I notice that the bathroom was renovated from last year. Good is very good and the staff treats my teenagers like adults.

We visited for the weekend, the hotel location is great. Walking distance to everything in town, nice walk along the river. Rooms were clean and a good size, the bar on the main floor weasels good. I would have rated the hotel higher but we had a customer service issue and I don't believe it was handled properly, we were...

Came here twice when my boy was 2 months old and 1 year old. Spacious room, plenty of space inside the hotel itself of a toddler to run around. Wife loved the spa. Excellent walking distance to cafe and town centre. There may be some better ones out there but we were happy enough to return. Great underground carpark!

Wonderful setting in Banff. Easy walk to the downtown areas. Great facility for breakout classes. Accommodates a large number of learners comfortably. Great views. Older building but cared for, has character. Parking $10.00 a night.

My wife and I love Banff, the BPL is in a perfect location for our visits. My wife does not drive and this is a great location for her to walk to most places in Banff. I CC ski, snowshoe and hike and a 15 minute drive from BPL can get me to the parking lot of many access's to...

My wife and I stayed here for several nights in mid-January. It is a slower period except for Saturday night, so was fairly quiet. We were given an accessible room on the 1st floor in the Rundle wing, as they were renovating rooms in the Cascade wing and it could be noisy in the morning. Having an accessible room had...
