Stayed at Tunnel Mountain Chalet #110 Had a great view of town... A deer came up to our balcony while we were having breakfast... Had a really good experience and got a really good deal... Will definitely be back...

We went here the first week of January. We went during the week, it was quiet so the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a cabin. The room was great. There was a small kitchen, a comfortable sitting area and a fire place, which they provide the wood for. The beds were not very comfy. The kitchen provided... More

Great stay! Clean Quiet rooms. Beds were comfortable. The bus service was ideal for travel back and forth to town. The patio area was perfect for fresh air. We will definitely be staying here again! Good job! Thank you.

Our family of 6 purchased a groupon for this resort. The price was good-ish, $150/night for a one bedroom loft. 3 beds and a pull out couch, it's not a common amount of space. There's a tiny kitchen that does have a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. That was great for eating in, but we made the meals at home... More

I stayed at the Deluxe 1 bedroom condo with loft. This particular unit has a half bath up on the loft and a full bath downstairs. I noticed that the ceiling on the full bath is wet and sagging like it will drop anytime. Personally notified the front desk and the problem was fixed immediately which is very impressive. The... My stay at your resort was affordable, like Banff used to be. Quiet, like Banff used to be. Thank-you for keeping it so. My observations to follow are from a perspective of a former Maintenance Manager's viewpoint. The hot tub was too full which prevents proper skimming action and results in an oily film of debris to remain always in... More

When booking online, the location of this resort appealed to us because it was away from the busy downtown area of Banff. Once we checked in at the office and drove to our room (all the rooms seemed to have an outdoor entrance), it became apparent that parking was going to be a challenge. With all the snow piled in... We're to begin.... We'll. Roof was leaking, we called front desk and they tryed to do a quick fix, and by the second day it seam to have stopped. But they did not move us to another unit. The room was dirty. Was not clean after the previous guest left. There were stains on the bed sheets. Food crumbs all... More

While they say dogs are allowed, you cannot leave them in your room. So no eating at a restaurant, no tours. Other hotels allow pets to be left as long as they are not disruptive. Not a great support for tourism in the community.
