Free wifi Great, clean bedroom Hot tub and pool Kitchen and laundry appliances/facilities Friendly staff-Amanda Not so friendly staff-Felicia Accessibility to town-very good Again the only problem I have with lodges like this one and the Sawridge Inn at Jasper is that they think it's a good idea having the pool and hot tub indoors, with rooms facing towards them..let...

Good location right on Banff Avenue. The hotel is nice but nothing unusual about the rooms. They're the standard rooms you can find anywhere. What is amazing is the two outdoor hot tubs, the smaller one with a fireplace beside it. Breakfast is included and consists of almost anything you could possibly want. A done very well.

I stayed here with a group of friends for one night in April over a weekend. We had a great experience with the check in service as it was timely, efficient and the front desk staff were friendly. We stayed on the main floor which hosted a large outside hot tub right in front of our rooms, which we thoroughly...

Good hotel, rooms very comfortable king size bed. Nice hot tub Shaun and steam room. Breakfast food good although chaotic when busy, can't cope when all guests are skiing and need early breakfast. Handy for short walk to town, shuttle bus to ski resorts only a short walk.

Friendly staff, clean, updated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and fabulous breakfast! We will definitely be coming back. We have stayed in several hotels in Banff and this is the best value there is. The big fancy hotels are NOT worth the price. Banff Aspen Lodge is the place to be. Better location and better price by far.

I stayed on the first floor and my bed was not close to the...

Clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly. Really enjoy the complimentary breakfast, makes the morning easier. We'll be back. Prices are good and the lodge is well located in Banff. The outdoor hot tubs and fire place looked very inviting.

Stayed here for a night after snowboarding in Banff. We had a room on ground floor, near the hot tubs but it wasn't noisy. Rooms were spacious and the two beds were separated into different rooms. There was also two separate sinks as well. Bed was very comfortable Robes, hairdryer and fridge all provided. Bathroom sink in tub was a...

We spent 10 days at the Banff Aspen Lodge and had an amazing time. We stayed in room 211 which was a premium room with mountain view that faced onto Banff Avenue. Our room had two rooms, each with a queen bed and TV with the bathroom separating the two. Beds were comfy, room was clean and spacious and the...

This is my second time at this hotel, and another great stay! Clean rooms, great breakfast to start the day. Staff are very friendly, talk to you as they go about their business. No restaurant or bar onsite, but only one block away from main Street shops so easy walk to get lunch or dinner. Rooms have heating for winter,...
