We were very impressed with the luggage being brought up to our room from the parking lot. The restaurant staff were always very polite; however, we did wait longer then normal for our meals both nights. The food quality was not consistent. The hot tub needs some attention. The kids loved the smore night - that was a nice touch...and...

The hotel staff and manager were so very welcoming and continued the hospitality throughout the stay, ensuring we were having a great time and had everything we needed each day! We spent a weekend at the lodge and it was awesome to stay by the slopes! A couple of things about the hotel: - There was no infrastructure in the bedroom (fridge) to bring your own food, so we were pretty much stuck with the restaurants - The Eagle's nest/Chimney Corner was painfully slow. Our dinner took like 50 minutes...

Room was nice. We had fun. Poor service at Eagle's Nest restaurant, though. Our friends had to send back their food multiple times ie. well done steak was brought to us rare twice. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Took longer than expected to get our bags at the end of our stay. Said 2 hours. Took around 3.

Absolutely 1st class treatment !!! A special shoutout to Thijs ( your hospitality was very much appreciated ) & Tyson (while on & off duty treated us like old friends). Overall the staff treated us like we were valued friends..This will be an annual weekend getaway...We just can't say enough good things to express how much we enjoyed...and we didn't...

We loved coming back to our loft room to rest then ski again! The snow conditions were excellent. The food was fabulous! We were able to take part in a scotch tasting and outstanding pairing menu. The hot tub was big and lovely at the end of the day. The rooms were large and well appointed with very comfortable beds....

Location, location, location. Great accras to first track and last run. Beautiful spot with great staff. A must for hardcore skiers hoping to stay slopeside and enjoy banff's snow. Very friendly staff. Dining limited but skiing makes up for this shortfall

Great place to stay since it is the only ski resort to have on hill accommodations in the Canadian National Park. Visit the continental divide at anytime of the year but the snow is great and there is terrain to suit any level of skier.

We stayed here because it was on the mountain. No 1/2 hour gondala ride or butting on boots in the parking lot. We know the rooms are small but we didn't spend much time in the room. We spent time on the mountain, in the lounge or sleeping in the room. Nice time.

The setup for staying on the hill is very good. It is easy to start skiing while your luggage is transferred to your room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The skiing, as always was the best conditions anywhere. I have skied at Sunshine and stayed at the Sunshine Lodge hotel 15+ times and never been disappointed. I would recommend...
