Inns of banff reminds me of a brothel or a hostel. The standard room is cheap but inside looks like an old, dilapidated room. The carpet has a whiff of cigarette smoke. No ventilation in the bathroom and no air conditioner. Many ppl stay there to get drunk and have a party. U can hear the other people's noises throughout...

Rooms were very poor in maintenance, chips in walls, dirty, transition from carpeting to lino was missing cover and small nails were protruding. sinks cracked, wall behind toilet all bubbled out to drywall, black in bathroom grout, balcony railings are rough and jagged with paint off so this has been like this for some time. 3 of us staying so...

We had only reserved a basic room but thought it wouldn't be a problem for just 2 nights since we'd be gone most of the time skiing. The room was horrible!! The room was dirty, furniture was very old and beat-up and there was blood stains on the pillows, and the sheets were worn. We called down to the front...

We stayed two nights in a King suite overlooking the mountains. The room was a perfect size. We absolutely loved the outdoor hot pool. The staff were very friendly. Jamie on the front desk was there to help us with our check in. Great location and quiet. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Inns of Banff and were put in the Swiss part. The hotel walls are paper thin so could hear constant walking upstairs, a busload of tourists arriving at 11pm and people arriving at 3am. It was the worst 'sleep' I have ever had in a hotel. On the plus side, the outdoor heated pool was lovely despite...

Stayed here for two nights. First night, there was a lot of noise and laughter up to around midnight. Luckily we weren't ready to sleep so wasn't too much of a problem. Parking was free and easy to find. Wi-Fi was quite good with nice speeds. No issues with service. No air conditioning, but there is a table fan that...

Stayed the night with my daughter to wake in beautiful Banff on Mother's Day. No sleep, a racket out in the hall, people running up & down, talking, coming in & out all hours all night long. Parking was a problem as well. The room was very dark. Will not be back to this place.

Attending a wedding at the Fairmont Springs in Banff and wanted a place to stay close to town. Inns of Banff was a good pick. It's an older property, and you can tell the harsh winters have left the exterior a but worn. But the absolute seller in staying here is the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The views...
