Premium King riverfront rooms are worth the upgrade - they appear to be a little bigger than the non-premium King rooms, as they include a sofabed and balconies are private. The 'regular' or non-premium King rooms do not have a sofabed as we found out when we checked in, so if you need an extra bed for someone then you...

This hotel is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is in walking distance of Banff avenue where the shops are and a great view of the river to the other side and close to the hiking trails so no matter your interest you are close to it all. The hotel is a little older but clean. 👍👍👍👍

The room we had looked out over the walking path and the Bow river. Nice spacious room wit a small deck. Unfortunately it snowed when we were there, so couldn't sit outside, but the view was great and the room was bright.

We didn't expect to get a view of the Bow River but how delighted were we when we did. Our room was on the ground floor, room 4106, and it was lovely. Spacious room, large beds, wash basin outside the toilet/bath/shower. Usual facilities for drinks and a fridge. Short walk into town for shops and eateries. Close enough for a...

Rooms are very small and if you want the next upgrade you have to pay an extra $45. Ridiculous for what you get ..aside that, there fine if you like the old tube TVs. Doubt we will go back Also the hot tub is indoor and in a different hotel. Don't be fooled by the front clerk if she tells...

My fiancé and I took a random trip to the hot springs and decided to stay the night. We found this hotel. It was a great location, with a view and price. Everything was walking distance. We would totally stay again.

Hotel is very close to everything, only a couple of blocks to all the shops. Staff was very friendly and knew a lot about the area with regards to places to see, things to experience and good places to eat that are not over priced.

It's a well-located 2-star hotel in Banff. Got it for a song on a long weekend. This would be a 4, maybe 5-star review if they could just put a coat of paint on the place and not charge for wifi -in 2017. Good lord. The cable TV didn't work, which I only discovered when I was bored while the...

We stayed there during our little ski trip. Between cross country skiing in Canmore and downhill skiing in Sunshine Village, this hotel was a great stop that allowed us to relax and rest. The room was cozy and clean.
