Disappointed I chose this hotel when planning our family trip. Despite an outdoor pool that my son loved, and the continental breakfast that was included, the room wasn't cleaned and made up until 4:30 most days...dated and could use a facelift outside. Not impressed!

Our room was on first floor but had to walk up many steps as no elevators. Internet was a "hotspot" which did not work for the entire three days we stayed. Computer in lobby was "out of order". The hotel is a technological BlackHole!!! The queen beds were made with double bed sheets!!(tried to cover by tucking sheet into top...

The cheapest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Was scuzzy but inexpensive and had a last minute room. It really dated, had only cold water, free WiFi. Didn't use the pool area because I was scared to catch something. Staff was friendly enough. Didn't spend much time at the hotel anyways so it was definitely worth what we paid....

Good basic hotel. Our only hotel with continental breakfast included during our 16day trip in West-Canada. First day very good breakfast at the restaurant. second day we had to eat in a Large conference room. We felt like we weren't good enough to eat with the people who upgraded their breakfast with wafels, egg, bacon,... It was very low budget:...

We booked 2 rooms directly going to their hotel, giving all the details including number of persons with an extra $20.00 for an additional person in one room. But when we came for check in, the manager lady interrupted with her staff and declined to accommodate the extra cot, even though it was in their system ( which is also...

On route through the Rockies ... We had booked an overnight stay in this hotel. After realising we would actually arrive there a day early.. I rang them to update our plans. I was told by the front desk... Of course you can come early... That we just needs to amend the booking at booking.com . I then asked... Would...

Very basic hotel , not more than a simple and poor motel. For the price they charge , you need to get much more-what you pay is what you get . Free wifi in the room, no minibar, continental breakfast. 1 km from the city center. Try another option ,we were disappointed.

Pool & hot tub do help this place. Make sure u ask for rooms 215,216, 217, 218. Which are second floor ( top floor), and overlook pool & have a mountain view from the balcony. Initial room we were offered faced directly into adjacent hotel & reeked of smoke ( inspite of being billed as non smoking)-luckily we were moved...

Very dated plus, not very clean, no air conditioning, on the edge of town, so a long walk to downtown. Continental breakfast included but just the basics, $8.00 surcharge for hot breakfast if you can get in, lots of Chinese tour groups seem to stay here. No elevator so with bags it can be difficult. My room had long black...
