Hotel good location at very end of town - Banff Low budget hotel and in fairness needs a bit of updating Otherwise good breakfast to get one started for the many events waiting to be explored on the day

I spent a night at the Banff Voyager Inn while doing a recent archaeological survey in the park. In a nutshell, the room was large, quiet, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that overlooked Banff Avenue. The room contained the basic amenities – microwave,...More

How come the woman owner Sherry is so rude, shows little respect , attend area staff and theartens guests? I was told today I couldn't check out Late, even though she didn't know my room number. Told me someone was already checking in early to my room prior. Than was hasled to get my free breakfast! Than she told me to wait in corner while she talked to my gf. Than I asked her to not disturb us during eating, was told o would get name banned! After all this she talked to friendly ( proper acting staff) and she Agreed she had approved to my gf.. Owner came to table blamed staff and kept back turned to me and only talked to gf. Now we're checking out at noon, after sherry blamed staff. This is not how you talk to guests, people/ anyone.. Hint: let your staff do there job, and get off people's backs, nobody goes to Banff to be treated like this!
