Room were on the smaller side, no fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Would have appreciated the patio with a view rather than a wall. The sauna/ pool timings should have been extended during the busy season.

We checked into the Voyager Inn Sunday July 3rd because it was the cheapest for the long weekend. It's a decent hotel. A little out dated with no AC or room vans. The only problem I had was waking up very hot. There our decks you can open the door, but there wasn't much of a breeze. Other then that,... More

The exterior of the hotel is appealing and similar to pricier properties. Upon entering the lobby you'll quickly notice the interior is not. The cost of your stay plus $100 deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card at check-in. You'll get your room key, WiFi password, garage code and breakfast vouchers in an envelope. Elevators are available for the... More

I've stayed in many hotels in Banff, this is by far the worst. I know a lot of hotels in banff are old or outdated but this hotel was really bad. The jacuzzi room and outside pool were just plain gross. The room I was in on the first floor to the right of the check in desk had a... More

Booking months in advance for prime June dates in Banff we landed a two bedded room in Banff for under $100US per night including breakfast. .Placed on Banff Avenue near to the park entrance and away from the stores and restaurants this requires a car or bus to use as hotel. Nothing in their postings prepared us for this institution.... More

There was hair in the bathtub, no decent cover sheets, stained sheets, it was noisy and smelly. This was a disaster of a room. Not only that, but there is no air conditioning. This hotel is sketchy at best. Do yourself a favour and pay extra for a half decent room elsewhere.

This was our 2nd night's lodging in Banff. Looking back, I wish I'd booked here both nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No view but we were only here to sleep as we were busy sight-seeing. The continental breakfast was basic: fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, pastries, juices, tea and coffee, For an additional $8 a hot breakfast is... More

Personally I didn't have any real problems with this hotel. I was given a room with 2 double beds which were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, as was the room overall. The location is at the top end of banff avenue so a fair walk to the centre however there is a bus stop right outside making transport around... More

This hotel was less than half price other hotels in the area, and had last-minute availability when many others were booked. I was skeptical, and wondered what the catch would be. We were pleasantly surprised with an older, yet clean, hotel with friendly staff. They had free continental breakfast that could be upgraded to a hot breakfast for $8 CAD.... More
