My husband and two children stayed here for our vacation to the mountains in March for 5 nights. We stayed in the one bedroom wolf condo which included a full kitchen. I really loved that we were able to cook and prepare our own meals. The Queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, however the pull out couch was pretty slouchy. We loved the location of this particular property. It was away from the busy “hustle & bustle” of the town of Banff which we enjoyed. My children enjoyed the little play structure on the property. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We truly made some wonderful memories.

We enjoyed our stay in a 2BR Wolf unit - it cost an extra $30/day and definitely seemed worth it based on some of the other reviews I have read. The unit was clean and well equipped except not enough bowls and no sharp knives in the kitchen. The walking trails in the area are well maintained and beautiful and there are even some that start at the edge of the resort property. We had not been at this resort for about 15 years and it seemed as though the grounds have been well maintained.

Well I’ve been in some dive motels before, but this tops it. For one thing this is supposed to be a resort not a hooker motel. It stinks so bad we switched rooms 3 times, think that’s my record. It’s so dirty, I’m pretty sure that covid germs come here to die. The carpets couch and curtains are nasty I think half the smell is coming from them. The toilet is dirty, things are broken in the rooms, flooring and furniture are from the 90s. Super dated for a higher class place. Bathtub doesn’t drain. You can literally hear the people above you fart in bed lol. So loud, very little privacy because the curtains are old sketchy. Think if I was the owner I’d have to fire myself lol. Don’t stay here think the health inspector should come take a look.

First time stay at this resort. The check in was quick and we found our suite (Wolf Loft) to be very nice. Good kitchen amenities, the master bath was very nice.....main floor shower was also good. We really enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace. The linens and furniture were comfortable. Parking was a slight issue late into the evening. Overall a great resort that provides quick access to the highway/ski resorts. 8min drive to downtown Banff.
