Great location on Banff Ave, walking distance to main town, shops, restaurants etc. Stayed here with our 6 month old, room was extremely spacious, lovely view, very clean and good kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave). Adjoining restaurant was really good as well. Will stay here again and again.

We stayed at Irwin's Mountain Inn for the Thanksgiving long weekend (October 7 and 8), celebrating our 25th Anniversary. We found the hotel very nice, quaint. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at El Toro, attached to the hotel. Breakfast was about the same price as you'd get anywhere else and El...

This hotel was great. We had a balcony with a nice view and actually ate our dinner at the table overlooking the balcony view. We bought some cheese, dips & meat at the supermarket and when we couldn't eat it all there was a fridge to keep the food till the next night. Very inexpensive way to travel. The room...

Very nice , great staff , but I think that guests should get have priority seating at the restaurant , a tour bus came and there was no room left. The wait was at least a half hour . They should have some tables set aside for guests . The hotel was clean And modern.

Hotel really central to all the amenities in Banff. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, and very comfy beds. Very good Buffet breakfast selection, reasonably priced. Plenty to see and do in this very picturesque town.

Irwin's is our home away from home when we visit Banff. The location is great, hotel & rooms are always clean, beautiful views of the mountains, & the staff is definitely the nicest in Banff...always have a smile on there faces! Can't wait till our next visit.

Service was good, arrived early and was able to get the room rightaway which was nice. The room was nice and clean, spacious. Location was perfect. The only thing I would say is the hotel needs some renovations, it looks old and tired.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early September. This was our first visit to Banff National Park. We were four adults including a senior and a young couple. Great location ---> First, the location of the hotel is great. It is located about six minutes walk from the center of the Banff downtown. Great customer service --->...

- My stay started with being directed to the underground garage (after she looked at my Jeep Cherokee) and finding my vehicle was too tall, and I had to back out, up the slope from the garage entrance. Fortunately there was no one behind me. - I was disappointed that the "mountain view" room actually looked out on the back...

We booked a suite and a standard double ... oops. The difference for the $$ is just a microwave and a tiny "kitchen" sink. Not at all what we anticipated when booking the suite. If there is a next time here we will book two standard rooms. Having said that the rooms were spacious and the hotel was reasonably quiet....

Hello Paul B. Some of your points are needing to be addressed. While I understand you may view amenities in light of a "microwave or tiny kitchen sink", I think it is important to understand that these are not the defining identities of room types. To clarify, the Queen Suites have a much more spacious layout and a good portion...
