We enjoyed our stay. Great location and an amazing breakfast. We would stay here again. It was very close to everything and walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. The breakfast was included in our stay and we were expecting muffins and coffee and were extremely surprised to have a full breakfast and very fresh and tasty.

We stayed here for 3 days to look around Banff. The hotel is clean quiet and the rooms are a good size. I thought that the beds were very comfortable but might be an issue for people with mobility issues. I had no problem. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Hot foods including sausage and bacon and scrambled eggs...

Great quiet location near to town. Large Room had a nice balcony where we could have our morning coffee and look out on the beautiful snow covered mountains. Breakfast was superb. We enjoyed our stay.

I was not expecting a slew of hot items of the breakfast as part of your stay. It was more than what I expected. Great value and a satisfying breakfast especially if you like to eat. The location is not near the main drag but it is an easy drive to parking. Underground parking makes it amazing if weather is...

We had a wonderful quiet clean king sized bedroom on the back of the hotel at the farthest end of the third floor. Our room had a little terrace with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the wide capped mountains. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A fantastic, delicious hot breakfast was included in the price...

This hotel stay is not worth the $ they are charging at all I have stayed in much better hotels in Banff for half of the price with much better room quality. It makes not sense for the rooms to be that price.

Breakfast room far too small and high height of beds unacceptable to seniors and guests with mobility issues. Parking was underground because of space limitations in general at Banff and smaller vehicles were easier to park.

Everything was good. We had a nice balcony great view and a personal hot tub which was pretty cool. Hotel is out dated in decor etc but bed was comfy and everything was clean. Breakfast was provided and good and the internet connection was great.

First world problems, I know. But upon check-in I was unimpressed with the very dated look of the hotel overall, and with the significant carpet stain in my room. Bed was extremely comfortable, but TV did not work properly for the entirety of my stay. I am a Best Western Rewards Gold member, and this was my worst experience at...
