It is a rare occasion that my hubby and I have the opportunity for a child free lunch so when we do we like to choose a place that is relaxing, serves amazing food and wine! The Boot was our choice this time and wow!! The atmosphere was lovely, we sat outside in a small but lovely space, the weather... More

This is another example of the quality and high standard of service available from its owners of The Dragon at Willington. This pub located in Repton, the old capital of Mercia, made a delightful stopover on our way to Calke Abbey. The food and drinks were served with the same panache as we always receive at The Dragon. A very... More

The Boot was very nice, lovely room with very comfy bed! Breakfast was lovely too! Staff friendly. Only let down by noise at night, but then you are in a pub! Had a lovely walk around Repton and the school grounds too. All in all very nice and would recommend!

Boot Inn Repton was a gem of a find. The rooms are very elegantly decorated with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in with lovely plump pillows. Extremely clean throughout. Restaurant meal could not be faulted and the Micro Brewery On site making Boot Beer is lovely. Cannot fault this place, very friendly staff, will definatly recommend it to... More

Great little place to stay, thoroughly charming. Love that there is a micro brewery on site. Would have loved to have been able to watch it working! Friendly staff and lovely rooms. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely, bit of a problem with our puddings due to a problem in the kitchen (dont let that... More

In town quite frequently on business, usually stay in the big hotel up the road but the boot is a quiet little bolt hole, only a handfull of rooms but all immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Food downstairs is great but it does get busy later in the week if you are a lone traveller hoping to sit in the... More

We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was delightful, the bed comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, and the evening meal was excellent. We ordered from the 'supper'menu, and were impressed with the quality and quantity.

We recently had two nights at The Boot whilst my son participated in a cricket tournament at Repton school. Food and accomodation was absolutely first rate, with friendly and attentive staff. Great value for money and it was lovely being able to look over the Repton grounds from our room, only minor criticism of the room(9), was it had a... More

Thank you for your recent excellent review. We are really pleased you enjoyed yourself. Looking onto the cricket pitch is something special from Room 9 (and Room 4!). I will follow up on the sky light based on your comments so thanks you. Hope to see you again soon. More

It was lovely, clean and comfortable. Decorated beautifully and shiny with care. The staff were lovely; very professional and had a sense of quality service delivery. I asked for a quiet room as I'm a light sleeper and was starting a new job the next day, so the manager moved me which was very kind, especially as she shifted around... More
