One comfortable night
I stayed in this hotel on March 6th for just one night. I arrived late at night after a long bus ride from Hanoi and left early next morning, but I had a comfortable night. My Superior Double room is one of the biggest doubles I've ever slept in - plenty of room for my luggage. In fact, I had two double-beds to choose from! It was nicely decorated with nice artwork on the walls. The mattress on my bed was quite hard, but I much prefer a hard mattress than a soft one. Overall I'd say this hotel offers nice, clean rooms and is very good value for money.

Good hotel
Good enough hotel near city center, where you can find some real local restaurants like CHAO AU TAU porridge, with clean room and good service. However, the breakfast is only served from 7 am, quite boring with only bread and egg,(we did not use it)too simple for a 3 star hotel.

Great hotel, good location and friendly staff
After the Ha Giang loop on a motorbike, I really wanted AC and a nice big room. Ciau Hotel deliverd! The room was big and the staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was prepared on order and very fresh! The beds where up to Asian standers, clean but hard.
