Came for the first time and love this place. A fisherman’s or (women’s) haven. You can fish from shore or charter a boat. Lots of aquatic life on the beaches- we got a room with ocean view, quick access to pool. Lots of pools, great food, and all of the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. This is more old school Baja- Don’t waste you’re time in Cabo, get off the beaten path- head north. Good fishing guides- I’ll definitely be back. Town is within walking distance- small and friendly town. Cool vibes.

This place is old and shows it. Toilet was running and had to make sure lever was just so to make it stop. Toilet paper holder was bent so roll would fall off. No instructions with safe so had to return to front desk, occasional sewer smell which was probably from bathroom sink which drained (backed up) very slowly (needed to be snaked), light bulbs burned out in bathroom, low water pressure in shower and hot water very slow to come, someone smoking on nearby balcony so we couldn't enjoy ours, sheets were pilled, garbage piled at receptacles on sidewalk promenade. Aviary had a solitary large blue bird that only sat on ground looking so depressed - very sad.

This filthy dump is more like a hostel than a hotel. For $170 US dollars a night you don't even get Wi-Fi and the curtains are filthy the towels are frayed there's mosquitoes nesting in the air conditioner. This is probably one of the most smelliest moldiest hotels and I used in the last five to seven years I've stayed at. Avoid at all costs. This place isn't even worth $17.50 us much less$165.

Beautiful beach front property, BUT oh so many shortfalls! Pool is not heated, construction and drilling in progress in the jacuzzi. So you cannot use Jacuzzi. No lights in the pool or around the pool area. Large resort seems to cater to large groups like cheap weddings, but badly in need of updating. Poor lighting inside the rooms. Absolutely no worth spending $150-190 a night. Terribly expensive for no pool heating, no lighting, no breakfast, jacuzzi in repair and drilling and construction during the day.

Gorgeous sunrises, comfy beds, easy walk to town and on the beach. Reasonable food and beverage prices. Very nice staff. Hotel coordinates COVID tests (not avail on Sundays and cash only) and transportation. Need to call for gym access every time you want to use it though. Shower water lukewarm and never hot. Keep your pool towel so that you can reuse; not readily available. Many places are cash only in town so plan accordingly.

My wife asked why I like Baja so much. So I brought her tp Palmas! She fell in love with it. She asked to make it an annual trip and loves to fish now. Eddie, Anibal, Norma, and the entire team were always there to help and ensure we were happy and didn't need anything. We love the low key, non pretentious casual atmosphere. It's the jewel of the East Cape

Impresionante hotel. Limpio, impecable. The hotel is very impressive. Clean, spotless. The room, perfect. The employees very nice and kind. The restaurants were magnificent and the bar by the pool served very good drinks. The best thing: the beach. Beautiful, clear, and clean. Very mystic as some cows passed and swam on the beach as we suntanned. The best hotel in Los Barriles. I recommend it immensely. Thank you Faitelson family

I was staying at a VRBO in Los Barriles, and wanted a change of scenery. I took my daughter (2) and nephews to the hotel to get a day pass, and spend the day at the pools and beach. It was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools were clean, the beach was great also. We will be back, and I would tell anyone visiting to go here
