If I could give the Hard Rock Vallarta a 100 point rating I would. So this 5 is well deserved. Cabana wait staff, including Gerry, Edi, and Cerezo were so much fun and attentive during our 4 out of 7 days in a cabana. Ramon set us up for two days in the spa for couples massages and two tours with Vallarta Adventures. Our masuses were Alma and Veronica and were excelent.
We love the Hard Rock Resort and the entertainment crew. They are awesome! Charly and Yukiko and Aldair are our favorites ❤ They make everything so fun other resort! We will definitely come back again!!
Had a blast! The best customer services I’ve had. Edgar was very attentive and Yukiko was great! All of the Animation team was amazing! The food and drinks were great and food was subpar! The beaches were very clean.
We stayed from November 15, 2020 until November 20, 2020. This is not our first Hard Rock Hotel stay so we know what to expect, we've stayed a four different resorts and this was our second visit at this one. Our stay this time included concierge services, upon arrival we were meet by Memo. He advised us he would be checking us in today but was not our concierge for the week. We were check in very quick and our room was ready for us. He also asked where we wanted to eat dinner for the night and made our reservation for us which was great. He took our cell number and said that our concierge would be contacting us later that day. We never heard from anyone that day at all so the next morning we stopped by the concierge desk on the way to breakfast and gave our number again to the person there and was told someone would get in touch with us very soon. Again the whole day went by without anyone touching base with us. The next day I went to the front desk and explained our issue and was told they would have someone get in touch with us, later that night we were at dinner and Memo saw us again and asked how everything was, we told him that no one had made any contact with us yet. He apologized and said he would take care of this issue personally. He introduced us to Uri and between both of them they made the rest of our trip great. Uri planned a dinner for us at Ipanema that was one of the best meals we have had at a Hard Rock. We chose to sit at the beach everyday and our server Diane was fantastic, by the second day she knew what we liked and remembered our drinks all day long. We ate at all the restaurants and I believe Ciao and Ipanema twice. All of our meals were really good but our favorite was Ipanema , Rosy ran that place top notch and she was so attentive to anything you needed, I even joked with her and said she had radar. It seemed like when you needed something she was right there for you. All of the staff went out of the way to make your stay very nice, things are different with Covid but I think the staff make up for things with all of their help. We did most of our breakfast at Ipanema , usually for lunch we ate at Frida or had home made pizza from the pool area. We didn't go off the resort this time but had plenty to do at the resort. The beach was fantastic a was the ocean, it was turtle hatching time so it was nice to see them swimming out to sea. We did go to a few shows and thought they were really good. The maids don't clean the rooms everyday now because of Covid but we had no issues. Anytime we wanted clean towels they were there promptly and we scheduled when we wanted the room cleaned and it was done early for us. So over all we had a small issue but I truly feel the staff made our trip a very good one. Special thanks to MEMO and URI they realized there was a problem and made it right and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Also Rosy at Ipanema , I hope the hotel knows how hard you work to make your restaurant one of the best and to Diane on the beach area thank you for taking such good care of us everyday.…
The HardRock in PuertoVallarta, Mx was amazing. The staff was friendly, the resort was beyond my expectations, and the food was exceptional. We stayed in the Presidential suite and it was totally worth every penny. We were treated like royalty and any and all needs or request were taken care of immediately. I will be visiting again! Thank you all for an amazing trip!
