Just to inform. There is a nightclub at the other side of the parking lot. If your room has parking lot view, expect to have night club music from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 9pm till 3am. Though in my point of view not so bothersome, AC was old and loud. I asked for a room change which was given,... More

I was at the hotel this Saturday trying to book an event there. I was helped ( if you can call it that) by a Alexandra who was rude and not helpful at all. She was more interested on texting on her phone. At the same time her co worker sat behind her desk texting away. She told us they... More

I expected standard they upgraded me for $12.00 to a suite. That was sweet! Granite tops on the pool side of the hotel. Fresh pressed juice and omelets to order. This was all included in the price of stay. Service and porter where exceptional. Thanks for the great experience.

Mexicali is probably a business destination. However one of the most precious aspects is its people. The workers from this hotel are so nice that your stay cannot be more enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious where you get the most typical Mexican feed, from tamales, menudo, pozole, etc. You should visit Mexicali and stay in Araiza Hotel

The appearance is nice and the staff is nice and friendly, however functionally this hotel needs a lot of repairs. Clogged drain, cold shower, unreliable WiFi, loud A/C. Please use fabric softener when washing towels. The breakfast buffet is good.

Hotel Arauza is one of your best alternatives while in Mexicali. The renewed rooms are nice, the other ones are OK, but barely. Room service works reasonably well, as well as other services; however, it's breakfast is more on the outstanding area with great diversity of offerings, and good ingredients with cook to order choices.
