Went on a business trip. Very attentive and fast registration personel, the king size bed and pillows extra comfortable and the room was very adequate in size.
The indoor pool temp just perfect for relaxing after a long day . Ordered dinner from room service with little expectations but the beef fajitas with saluteed bell peppers and onions were excellent , the refried black beans very tasty . Will return for sure

I just spent one night in the Fiesta Inn Xalapa.
I think it is a little smaller than other Fiesta Inns, but it has a very good service and amenities, including a very nice and cozy indoor swimming pool.
Menu and buffet it very good at a fair price, with very good service.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Staff very gentle and great service. Arrived late but still all services available. Food is really good at their restaurant. Will come back later. Maybe the only opportunity is that there is no elevators.

It is exactly what you may expect from a Fiesta Inn. Small but comfortable and clean rooms. Sleep quality is good since it is not too noisy.
Restaurant is very good for breakfast.
It is very well located in front of a mall and close from a supermarket. Both walking distance.

I expect a certain amount of services based of what I pay. This hotel is cheap, clean, no frills, safe. It’s exactly what I expect for the price. Simple, isn’t it? My partner and I spent a week here for Christmas with the family and it was just fine. Buffet is what you’d expect, below average. Free coffee would be nice, and not the nonsense coffee and maker in the room.

This Hotel is well located just a few blocks from a shopping mall, around 10 minutes to the Bus Station Caxa and 25 min to airport.
The Hotel has buffette in the mornings and nice courtyard inside, during the nights ( at least during my stay) is quiet and silence.

The service of this hotel is really good, since one they before my stay they e-mail me in order to know at what time would I arrived to the hotel. When I arrived my room was ready, although the check in process was a little slow as there were lot of people checking in. The room was nice and clean, the only problem is that they don't put sleeper in the room and although the floor is laminated wood, it does not have some kind of mat where you can stand when you get up from bed.
The food at the restaurant is good, and the buffet breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Also an amenity I enjoy a lot is the covered pool, which it is always heated.
The only thing is that the hotel is not in the center of Xalapa, but there are taxis that can take you to the city center for about 70 pesos.

If you are approaching Xalapa from Veracruz this hotel is on the outskirts before you get into the town proper and is very easy to reach from the highway. Coming from the other direction you must pass the hotel and then do a U-turn at the next retorno after having passed by the entire city. Air conditioning and internet worked well on our visit in April.
